My wife really liked this house. She enjoys a good “indoor/outdoor situation” as she puts it. So seeing all the pocket doors into open spaces was one of her favorite parts.

I love how he covered every part of the house and didn't skip anything. Other real estate agents could learn from Enes on how to properly do a FULL video tour of a property. Instead of doing these 10 minutes or less rushed videos and then wonder why the house never sells. They say the idea behind that is it's supposed to get people interested enough to pick up the phone and call the agent and want to see more. But in today's time there's a lot of us who would rather watch a full-length video first and even drive by the house to see what it looks like in person and the neighborhood as well. Long before you even call the agent. Cause the downside thing about a lot of LA is, it could be a brand new beautiful house but the surrounding homes in the neighborhood are decrepit, old, and look like hell. Especially in some areas in the valley.

Love this house. No big empty voids, great indoor/outdoor space. It’s “cosy” as you put it. One bit of feedback: can you slow down a bit going through the rooms and details. This one felt rushed. You even sounded a bit breathless.
We wanted to do this video with a faster pace but I hear ya
A truly lovely modern home! Incredible open floor plan, love what they did w/ the backyard, incredible but cozy bedrooms, and what a huge plus to have that 1st floor and a great job with what they're able to do with that space. I am becoming obsessed to watch all your videos, to get ideas for my new home, but above all because I really enjoy how you present the houses, the quality of the videos, the sounds, comments... every second of every video is so enjoyable. So far, I saw many of your videos, but this house has for me the best layout. has everything you may need without exceed.
Simplicity, practical, elegant touch, modern, enough large spaces without waste.
One comment, I really like a lot the idea that you presented the floorplans for every single floor. This helps a lot to evaluate spaces dimensions and floors. I hope that you can keep doing for all your videos. I wish you the best, you and your team are absolutely the best.
The fireplace on the second floor opposite the kitchen..."A masterpiece" also the multifunctional room.I notice that's an extra bonus/asset to homes like these.Especially being able to do whatever you desire with such a room.👍that definitely adds value to modern homes.I see more and more homes with such rooms.

I love the fact that the lower level and the outdoor space have direct access to each other. This is great for entertaining because guests can pass between the 2 recreational areas without needing to go thru the main level of the house. Great house!

Design and layout wice, this is one of my favourite houses you have shown. Many of the larger houses can have to large in personal rooms, this looks very cosy, and the amount of pocket doors is amazing.

I LOVE this house! It’s very well thought out, and the spaces flow nicely into each other. I also love that it’s THREE LEVELS (and there’s an elevator)! You don’t see many lower levels in LA unless all levels are above ground, again nicely done. One of my favorite things about this home (overall) is that they did not over customize it. The features are gorgeous yet subtle. No IN YOUR FACE tile, flooring or fixtures that are clearly someone else’s style/preference. The designer used restraint and that [in my opinion] makes the home more accessible to a potential buyer. The only one thing I feel this home is missing is laundry on the top level (where most of the bedrooms are). It would be a drag to lug clothes down to wash (and back up), but I guess you could always use the elevator. Otherwise, a STUNNING HOME!

What a beautiful property. I love the design of this home with the entertainment area on the first floor, main living second floor an all open concept an most bedrooms third floor. Over all this is a beautiful home. Let's not forget the back yard also very impressive.
This is the best property I've seen yet, it's modern but not too exaggerated, spacious but practical, the interiors match the out look, the aesthetics are crazy appealing and the pool is just the icing on the cake!!

I totally loved pebble embedded epoxy flooring done in the balcony. It not only gives the texture and water proofing but also gives total safety owing to its anti skidding finish👍
Might be nitpicking, but thank you for not cramming ads every few mins. I get that we can always skip the ads, but I think this detail shows the mindset of the content creator where they are trying to deliver value to their audience vs just monetizing.

This is a house where one could live comfortably without feeling lonely in some of those huge homes.
All of the stuff was pretty generic (have been watching tooo tooo many of your videos) but the master balcony floor finish definitely makes me want to remember it, a must have i think.

This might be one of the shorter videos and probably one of the smaller houses featured on this channel so far but this might be one of my favorites. Every space is functional and well thought about. It feels so homey and cozy. I love it a lot.

Found your channel last week. Very useful and stimulating content, Enes! Quenches the curiosity about A-level houses and what they're like from the inside. As a suggestion, I think it would be a valuable information to state each house's orientation, so as to have an idea of how the sun interacts with the house throughout the day.
Please do more about heating and cooling systems used in the homes further which energy sources are used
will keep that in mind
Enes is instantly likable and that is why I always come back. His casual descriptions of design or furnishing details and amiable interactions with the camera crews (this is starting to feel like a paid advertisement lol) is really why I look forward to saving these videos for my "fridays" (which are tuesdays).
I tried watching another listing tour channels or two, but something about them seemed too much like someone giving a presentation that they didn't prepare for and decided they could wing it with moderate charisma. Too "fake" somehow. They keep showing up in my recommendations but I never watch them. Maybe some day.

It’s a really nice house overall, loved the “basement” with the gym and that glass pool but I was a bit disappointed by the master bathroom... TBH was a bit underwhelming compared to some of the previous homes you’ve toured that were about half the price of this one. Some of those $4 million houses had double sink set-up with double shower and better looking finishes at the master bathroom. I’m sure a lot of people will disagree, but just my 2 cents.
But great tour of the house as always, Enes! And amazing edits, Mikey! Keep em coming!

It was also a bit weird that a $8m opened out into a living room vs into a hallway. You can be in the Hills for that price and get a killer view.
I've been curious to how you deal with clogs an other maintenance on those hidden style drains. They are big enough to let hair in.
You can lift the top up and clean the drain
