We have DJ200 of the optimus series and currently operating in Nigeria but have had serious problems with debris and dirty water. Any feasible solutions.??
Thank you for your comment @chijiokeonyeagba7593 We are aware about the debris and dirty water situation in Nigeria, as we sold #waterjets in the past to Nigeria. As i'm not sure about your application, the best solution is to use the backflush option. If the waterjet is combined with a gearbox, there is the option of so-called reverse flushing or backflushing. In this case, the water jet drive direction of rotation and thus frees itself from contamination/blockages caused by debris. Another option is to change to a another intake grid with smaller distances to the struts, but this might have a negative effect on your speed/performance. If you need field support the company SOUTHERN POWER PRODUCTS in Cape Town would be your nearest Doen Waterjet dealer.
