  • If you have aggressive energy towards others and yourself, if you tend to be angry quite often, frustrated, impatient, intolerant.... your ‘Pitta’ energy may be out of balance, according to Ayurvedic tradition. Although this fiery aspect of nature is necessary, too much of it can also be problematic.
    Take some quiet time aside, just for yourself, and let yourself be guided through this loving kindness meditation to manage these strong emotions.
