I’m not just going at it alone-sometimes I’ve got a Cleric in the mix keeping me alive longer than I probably should be, and Blood Exchange has me healing with every hit I land (which is probably the most hilarious part). Honestly, it feels like I can just keep going, even when I probably shouldn't.
This video is full of laughs, unexpected moments, and a whole lot of chaos as I wander through dungeons, try not to get too distracted, and occasionally get way more healing than I deserve. It's not about being a powerhouse-it's about enjoying the craziness and seeing how these buffs can completely change the game.

Its obviously before, blood exchange gives you back a pathetic > 15 hp per hit with 2-hander now.
Also you can tell bc all hits give equal healing
