The Nats 2019 run is one of the best runs ever. Coming back against Hader to win, beating the 106 win Dodgers, sweeping the Cards, and coming back to beat the cheaters. All after starting 19-31.
Even as a Cardinals fan, I ain’t even mad. I don’t think the Cards could have beaten the Astros, and someone needed to do it.
As a Houston fan I agree, we didn't have our cheat system in that year that's why we lost 🤣💀

Part of this is also because Joe Buck’s dad was the Cardinals radio announcer for the longest time. Joe didn’t wanna make it seem like he was routing for the cards. That’s what I always thought.
@Sutton Morrow he’s right, Joe Buck had lost his voice back in 2011 right after the Super Bowl and he was told his voice may never recover. Luckily it did and he was able to return to sports broadcasting

And now the tigers are the worst MLB franchise and have nothing left except for the corpse of Cabrera. Our GM is a numbskull and our owner is nowhere to be found. Maybe someone can bribe Theo Epstein to come try and bring this team back from the dead.
That 2016 world series always breaks my heart, now seeing what the Indians are in 2021, that was our best shot at winning a WS anytime soon.

When the rain delay came before extra innings in Game 7 of the 2016 WS, I was all like, "ARE YOU FREAKIN' KIDDIN' ME?!?" LOL

I honestly think they were the best team in baseball that year, just had some tough luck against the royals. They were dominant.
Watching torii hunter flip over the wall on that Ortiz grand slam still gives me chills. Ortiz was so clutch for the Sox
As a tigers fan, I remember as soon as he connected I knew it was gone. We had such good teams in the early 2010s, fatal flaw was always the bullpen. Now, there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

Ah some good memories as a Giants fan. That 2012 team was amazing. Getting to the WS like they did. Only Belt, Crawford and Posey left from those teams and they'll probably all be gone next year. The memories will live though.

Game 6 of the 2011 World Series is the greatest game of all time
Game 5 of the 2017 world series is the only one that can match that in my opinion. Me being an Astros fan it was even though that probably wouldn't have happened if not for the cheating.

10:36 i remember being downtown on that day - i walked by the stadium as this play was happening and could literally see the stadium shake and feel the earth beneath my feet shift - this was Beast Quake level of fan noise.
2016 game 7 will always give me chills watching those highlights
game 5 of the 2017 world series has to be one of, if not the most exciting playoff game ever. shame the astros cheated because that game was truly incredible.

You are basically saying: “oh their cheating would never work.” But it has been documented and investigated. Why else were they terrible away and good at home. Smh
Being a giants fan since I was born I gotta say this was great to watch I mean I got to experience all of these moments pretty much and man we are the clutches team in the playoffs no doubt 🐐

also this video shows the amazingness of baseball, almost all of the teams in the WS from 2010-2016 are now not even title favorites, but are some of the worst teams in the league. just shows how many chances you get in this league and how tough it is to win it all
That’s totally right. It’s extremely difficult to build a long term dynasty in the MLB, and even a repeat world champion hasn’t happened since the 1998/1999/2000 Yankees

I don't. Even if they cheated in the regular season (like other teams were too) No way they were able to cheat in the playoffs with how loud the crowd was.

@@connerbruce9730 Considering the MLB did an investigation and found zero proof of any buzzers being used- yes. I don't get why people try to use that as an argument when is has been debunked MANY times and has zero credibility. The Astros were and still are a good team without trash can banging. Just like Sammy Sosa and Mark McGwire were good players before/without steroids. The fact that no cheating was found in 2019 and they still got back to the WS proves that. If we are going to accept the MLB investigation (Cheating in 2017) lets accept the full verdict (No buzzers and no cheating in 2018 & 2019) Can't accept what fits your narrative.

Overall great vid, and while I get you are a Yankee's fan, there are way to many Yankee's clips. In 2018 you showed more Yankees home runs than Red Sox one in a series where the Red Sox mostly crushed the Yankees. Also lots of far more important stuff was cut from the ALCS and world series in favor of Yankee's home runs that were ultimately inconsequential.
Can I also say you left out the crazy alwc series game featuring the Ray's? I know it must be hard but you have to give them some credit.

I don't care how many times I watch the Cubs WS run, it still stresses me out!
As a Pirates fan, was shocked to see we even had a clip in this video lol. My best recent baseball memories are the Pirates losing back to back win or go home wildcard games to Madison Bumgardner (who had like the best postseason run ever that year) and Cy Young winning Jake Arrieta. Both teams who went on to win it all. But the Pittsburgh crowd was insane.
Looking back on it, the 2010s was a damn good decade of baseball.
Aww. I was hoping to see that sick double play from the 2014 World Series. Was a thing of beauty and the first time replay overturned a call in the World Series.

As a pirates fan 2013 was an absolutely unbelievable experience. I honestly believe if we managed to beat the cardinals in the nlds that year we would have gone to the World Series against the Red Sox cause we were better than the dodgers that year. Oh the memories 😔😔😔

I was at the Delmon Young 3 run double game. Man that was the loudest crowd I’ve ever heard. Probably the best moment I’ve had with the O’s (not that there are many to choose from)
My poor rangers... back to back L's in the WS... 2011 was just an insane world series. Even though we lost.. i still think people have to appreciate it as one of the greatest series' of all time
Definitely they beat the 2011 mvp verlander who was in his prime rangers were more talented than the cardinals they just lost the mental battle and couldn’t close out

The Cueto moment in Pitt is the only memory Pirates fans really have in the last 50 years. The '92 NLCS loss was tough pill to swallow for them sure but its crazy to see these clips and Pirates are never involved. Man it must suck to be a fan

2015 NLCS Cubs v Cardinals. Only time they ever played each other in the playoffs (longest rivalry in MLB) and game 3 set the record for most HRs in a postseason game. Should be included somehow IMO

I always feel like the most recent postseasons have been about the flashy players doing flashy things, while the 2010 post seasons were awesome because every team played like they were on a quest
I agree. The Giants were solidifying their dynasty. The Royals were seeking redemption after 2014's heartbreak. The Cubs were determined to break the curse.

2016 and 2014 World Series were the best of the decade can’t change my mind
Couple Cardinals moments missing, Pujols 3 HR game in 2011 WS, Cardinals comeback in game 5 of the 2012 NLDS, Matt Carpenter's double off of Kershaw in the 2013 NLCS. Solid video though, tough to get every single moment in 10 years of MLB playoffs.
The Astros and the Dodgers World Series game 5 was an insane game. The World Series of the Blue Jays and the Phillies game 6 was more fascinating. Joe Carter won the World Series for the Toronto Blue Jays with a three run homer. That was one of the most unforgettable games in the postseason that we’ll see all day.

I don’t know why but the Cubs winning the World Series hits different. I have family in Chicago who had never seen them win a title and for us to witness history like that is something I won’t forget. That and the MLB the show ad where they made fun of the Cubs for winning the title in a video game
