I am planning a road trip around the Balkans later this month similar to yours. Your insights are extremely valuable especially with regards renting a car and driving conditions. Excellent !!
it’s crazy to me how people don’t know about the Balkans other than Greece and Croatia, when there are so many hidden gems other than those 2 countries
Great tips. We have been to 2 cities on a cruise and would like to drive and explore the region. I was looking at a one-way rental also. Maybe I will look at roundtrip drop off. Your tips on driving and itinerary were really good. Thank you for making this video.
Hello, how are you?, The best and most cordial greetings from Puente Piedra, Lima, Peru, I hope you can come to my country at some point and enjoy the solidarity, kindness, and fraternity towards people who do not like the war and its consequences, here you can enjoy a lot of everything here, with family and friends, congratulations for your videos and that you and yours are well, always welcome.
Balkan offers the best food possible, but you probably did not have a chance to be offered with the real authentic balkan food. Especialy in Bosnia and on Croatian islands where you have been you should come across the best food cos there is plenty
Thanks for your video. In September I'm arriving in Venice, Italy for 2 weeks. I would like to visit Slovenia and drive through Croatia and Bosnia to get to Montenegro. I can't find any car rental agencies that would let me cross borders to get to Montenegro. Any suggestions?
Im confused on the issue of using a Visa debit card in the Balkans, the person at my credit union said Visa wont work there? Im not seeing this kind of information from any of the travel vids Ive watched, any insights on that?
So I have both a visa and a Mastercard. I use the visa almost exclusively but there was one spot on the trip I had to use the Mastercard. I can’t remember what it was and it was a small enough purchase to use cash. But otherwise I was fine with the visa
I agree, the Balkans should be on everyone’s list of places to visit!
Italy, Spain or Balkan countries which is the best option and easy to travel ?

Zanimivo razmišljanje in komentiranje. Lep pozdrav in nasvidenje v naših lepih krajih.
If only I could find someone to sponsor me to visit the Balkans , it's my dream
Did you feel safe driving around, was it easy driving?
Yes - very safe! Bosnia and Montenegro required a bit more defensive driving, but Slovenia and Croatia were very easy!
@@ElsbethWeeks thankyou.

Whats the name of the song in 4min?
Your name sounds Hungarian or Slovak. Are you maybe of that origin ?
Ofc its gonna be expensive if u only Sontheimern tourist hotspots. If u really wanna see the „balkans“ I would not recommend this route
You didn't rent a car in advance? LOL Why am I looking at an amateur traveler for advice.
