Are the rubber bungs not to cover the bolts that you can unscrew to remove the baffles??

Surely it is much quicker and easier to drill out the rivets remove the carbon cap then unbolt the baffle then receiver back the cap??

That is an alternative way I think - I chose this way

Great video mark very helpful👍🏻, I think the torque settings are for the exhaust to the frame is 19nm and the clamp is 24 nm

I was going to drill the rivets out and remove cap. And then buy rivet gun. But maybe i should just drill the carbon. Though one guy with my bike said he could break the welds and stripped the bolt

Hello, thanks for the video but I'm also questioning on why don't you only remove the rivets to avoid damaging the carbon ? According to your pictures at the beginning of your video, you have removed it.. Wouldn't it have been easier to remove it instead of drilling it ?

Nice video mate. Did you replaced the whole exhaust, the full system (exhaust and header pipes)? Or did you just do the slip on exhaust?
    TIA

Can you tell me where you ordered that from?

Why don't you only remove rivets to remove the carbon piece instead of drilling it ?
We can see that you took some picture when it was off at the beginning of your video.
Wouldn't it have been easier to remove the carbon piece before drilling it or don't drill it at all ?

WTF is everyone aversion to drilling out rivets ? At least my muffler doesn't have ugly looking rubber bungs in the end cap.

How does a rivet gun work? Once you drill them out how do you put them back in?
