1 package of steamed riced cauliflower, 2 eggs, cinnamon and stevia to taste. Beat 2 eggs stevia and cinnamon well, pour in a cooled bag of nuked riced cauliflower ( nuke for 7 minutes then cool so it doesn't cook the eggs) pour into eggs, stevia and cinnamon, beat it all together so it's frothy, pour into waffle iron sprayed with cooking spray until done. It makes two big Belgian waffles. I use two irons at the same time so the mixture doesn't have time to go flat. I use a lot of cinnamon and stevia but I don't use any toppings. I just pick them apart as I eat them lol. I love them and eat them every night after dinner for my dessert
Wow totally impressed.😮 😃This waffle was on point🤤. From my experience being on keto most bread related recipes are off somehow. But this recipe didn't even taste keto to me. No eggy taste or weird texture or weird coconut flour taste, just a few ingredients and so easy to make no special techniques. I liked it so much I wanted 2 waffles. I can't wait to make one for my husband. Keep up the hard work. I will try out your other recipes.
Thank you so much, I will eventually be back on a normal basis. Sometime at the beginning of the year. I want to get into my new place and get the kitchen how I want it to look.
Hi! I really love this recipe. But sometimes my waffles do not turn out crispy :(. I think my mistake is proportions Can you please tell me how much gramms of almond flour and butter do you use for 1 serving? 🙏🙏
Good question, I have personally found the heat from the waffle iron plays a big part in the crispiness. How hot and how long it stays in the iron. Now, the ratio of almond flour and butter does play a big roll in it. Measuring by grams would be the best thing because it is far more accurate than using a measuring cup and eyeballing the butter. Yet, it seems you're overseas so you guys are great for accurate measurements. I am going to have to test the recipe to give you the gram for gram. Thank you so much for your comment by the way and I am glad you enjoy the recipe!❤️

@@SugarlessCrystals Oh, I see. Ok, thank you for making that clear.

I hate almond flour
There is a coconut flour version as well
@@SugarlessCrystals I was just being a jerk I just find it annoying that everyone in keto uses almond flour
Understood
I think that's kind of weak you know how long this has been out for nothing special to yours
What? That is not coherent.
