    Over travel is my problem, Yesterday I replaced the belt, cleaned and removed all broken belt debris from primary and secondary PVT drives. But noticed belt travel rubbings of the case at the pint you pointed out! Luckily it’s raining in and I could not drive it. I just ordered your Solution Washer! I Have now a solution to my problem! Waiting on the washer before test driving. Thanks for your video and part!

    I have a 24 rzr turbo r my belt is hitting the top of the cover rate between the primary and secondary I ordered the washer and I noticed that just now when I was about to install my Dalton clutch kit will this washer solve that problem or is it something else

    • @Hunterworks

      the kit should resolve this, sounds like secondary opening too fast so the kit fixes that

    Will this fix the chatter coming from the clutch area when I'm going over bumpy trails? I can't believe how much noise this thing makes. BTW, I'm in a 2021 pro XP Ultimate 2 seater. Thanks.

    Does it matter if you put the washer on the tube first then the stock tapered washer on second ?

    • @Hunterworks
      @Hunterworks  10 месяцев назад

      yes it does, tapered lock washer must be on top.

    Seems like others would just sell a mass production washer. I like the idea of buying a milled one to correct spec. But my question is do all the outside sheave for the secondary require aligning with the seconday inside sheav on the helix? I have a 23 Turbo R 4 and was curious about that. Seems like no one mentions that but saw it another video where they matched the green dots.

    • @Hunterworks
      @Hunterworks  7 месяцев назад

      The two halves to do not have to be matched up on this model. If they sell each half then that means each half has been balanced separately. If it mattered you could not buy one half.

    • @RadioControlPowercom
      @RadioControlPowercom 7 месяцев назад

      @@Hunterworksyep I went out and took it apart. Noticed drill point holes all over both halves and assumed for weight removal. That's when I thought if you broke one lol. But I do question if guys are sending out hardware store washers if they care to balance the other components. Seems like parts that say checked for weight or balanced would sell better. Thanks.

    • @Hunterworks
      @Hunterworks  7 месяцев назад

      @@RadioControlPowercom No one should be sending out hardware store washers, they do but should not. Ours are precision ground. Balance to that point is not required by the way.

    I dont see any marks of the belt hitting the plastic, but I do get the 40-50mph slip when I stand on it. I did shim the belt so its not hitting the outer primary sheeve, Now what do I look for, or fix?

    So as of 2022 Sept 9th Polaris issued a full recall for the 2021 RZR Turbo XP clutch. The clutch was shattering at WOT and fragments were shooting out of the case. I have this model and they just released the fix for this problem. It's an all new clutch design. As I was talking to the Polaris tech he explained they now have to reflash the ECU and move a fuel line for this recall. I knew immediately that a reflash either means the clutch is going to be heavier or lighter. He mentioned that the new clutch design is heavier, esentially causing me to lose HP. My question to you is would it make more sense for me to by pass this recall and get an entier new clutch from you?

    • @Hunterworks
      @Hunterworks  Год назад +2

      We do not sell a clutch for it, the new one is just the 2023 clutch is all, still needs dalton kit and unfortunately still needs this washer. They made a much more reliable clutch but still seem not to be able to get the rest right.
