So im guessing new windows, doors, insulation into walls and ceilings, lights, maybe chimney blocked and the garage conversion contributed something to such a big jump in BER rating (and a six figure spend).. but why not just list everything that contributed for others to see? And where is your living room? Looked like there was one in the plans but maybe they went with a playroom? I wouldn’t fancy chilling in the kitchen myself
Watched the whole video expecting to see how you got to B1 from E rating. Not a single word how? tell me how drawers in a kitchen and a tile splash back helped? Nothing about insulation, heat source, etc. just got my own house from C3 to B1 no demolition whilst living in it.
