I got one of the extra large mats to do for a customer and it had one area on the mat itself that wouldn't take the sublimation have you ever had that problem and what do I do? The mat is ruined now

The sun fades them fairly quickly.. They do well outside of that.

What's Advanced ICM?

It's a print menu item.. Print Settings > More Options > Advanced > ICM.. it basically lets the printer control colors instead of Photoshop.
