Seems the restaurant's name is "Rei-Chan" or 麗ちゃん in the shopping mall of Hiroshima railway station. That's one of the famous Okonomiyaki restaurants in town.
Was at that exactly place in 2016 with my daughter. This is a Okonomiyaki food mall that's 5 stories high lined with Okonomyiaki shops. It's attached to the Hiroshima train station and the food was fantastic. Hiroshima is off the beaten path for most traveling to Japan but it is a beautiful city worth the visit.

This was my absolute favorite dish in Hiroshima. I wish they had this Australia. Or at least sell the sauces
