DOOM Eternal: Those Who Fight Further

The gameplay I gathered is pretty average, since I only spent one very late night recording some random stuff, but it's good enough lol
The editing is probably better than my last montages (idk, haven't watched them in a good while), but I still only spent 1 day editing, so it definitely could've been better. Thing is, I don't feel like spending more time than this on these videos, I do it because I find it fun, so I won't do it when it starts to get boring.

how on earth do you stay in the air like that? it seems like you are floating and staying in the air effortlessly.

The basics to it is just that you can always detach from the meathook via a jump, and you always have 1 jump after detaching.
So then by detaching by jumping, wait until you start falling, jump, wait until you start falling, dash. Then you should be able to meathook again without touching the ground. And you can repeat this with your other dash.
