MahaRERA has issued a stern caution to developers, urging them to engage solely trained and certified real estate agents. Failure to comply could result in severe repercussions such as rejection of project registration applications, revocation of existing registrations, or imposition of fines.
The Mantri group in Bengaluru informed the Supreme Court that it has granted possession in its delayed project, but the flats lack an Occupancy Certificate (OC). Buyers countered, stating they couldn't take possession as many flats were not ready as claimed by the developer, lacking the mandatory OC required before possession can be handed over.

Builder have sold all flats by showing road connectivity graphics.
But in reality, road is net ready yet.
There is lean zig-zag road created, that is accident prone.
Request you to, please raise this issue via your channels. As around 2000 flats already near possession and it is risk to their life.

We 69 customer booked flat in Kalpataru estate phase 3 pimple gaurav project. As per agreement we intend to get the possession in dec. 22. Due non receipt of OC builder not given possession till date. Matter of OC approval is pending with PCMC. Now builder want to form society without OC. We already approached to rera for delay compensation. Pl. Advise. Do not disclose my name.

Similar case with one of the society where flat owners were allowed to move even if OC is not received till date during COVID crisis. Flat owners were allotted flats under renovation deal. What should be done in this case?
