you seem so sweet! I've literally been obsessed with that colour palette for ages but always thought they wouldn't suit me, but seing your sweater definitely made me wanna knit something in similar colours! 🥰 It's such a great idea to use a colour that fits your complexion close to your face and then blend into the more vibrant colours!!
I've been watching your videos for a few months now, and although I never comment on RUclips videos in general, I felt I should comment let you know that your first cardigan video is what inspired me to learn how to knit. I've been an avid crocheter for a few years now, and was too afraid to make the jump to knitting, but watching your process and excitement over every piece is truly infectious. I challenged myself by making that same yellow cardigan in the same color for my first project (having that predecided and pretrialed with a video to clear up confusion was super lovely) and I'm super proud to say that, although it took me 3 months and a lot of tutorials, I finally did it and I'm very proud!!! As you continue your knitting journey, I'm very happily following along, and I really owe my knitting abilities and motivation to you. Thank you Natasha! I also adore how this sweater came out!!! You did absolutely fantastic
thank you so much for taking the time to write this, this brought the biggest smile to my face! i’m so glad you’ve gotten into knitting and it’s incredible that you started off with a cardigan, congratulations on finishing it 💗 i’m so happy to have played a part in your knitting journey!🫶
Look at you go! Choosing colors despite the beige-white urge you talked about previously. Looks so so lovely. I love to hear you talk because you use all the phrases my Scottish mum uses that (until now) I thought were just her own way of speaking rather than a Scottish trait ❤️ so comforting to hear
I loved you taking us on a walk in nature with you 😊 That was very relaxing and pleasing to my brain. And the sweater turned out beautiful! I think the duplicate stitch turned out great💜
YAY YOU DID IT!!!!! IT LOOKS SO GOOOOODDDDDD!!!! Ive been here for a while so i was very excited when i got the notification that you posted and finally made this! Also goodness me, i cant believe you did it so fast! You SPED through it, well done!!!
i've been binging your videos after finding your channel literally yesterday, and i'm beyond obsessed. and you scotland looks so beautiful, never thought to travel there but now i'd like to!
Love your channel! You live in such a gorgeous place and watching you knit, make chai, go on walks etc. is so cozy and comforting. It's been 27C in California and I'm more than ready for knitting weather. Until then I will live vicariously through your channel!
It is sooooo beautiful Natasha! The colours are all gorgeous. I love it. I also love how much you knit outside and out and about. It's inspiring me to do it more ☺
although the sweater is very cute and beautiful when you were saying you were 27 it took a little back you look younger! i only starter following your videos recently to get my creativity up but the speech about your age and growth is so moving in a way so happy youre happier now ! happy late birthday!
Such a beautiful sweater!! I wouldn’t naturally gravitate towards those colours, but they work so well together :) regarding short interchangeables, the needle tips required for 40cm circulars are often much shorter than those included in a standard interchangeable set (as it’s much easier to work with and gives you a better turning circle), which is likely why yours didn’t include a 40cm cable! I imagine you can buy a 40cm cable and use it with them anyway, it just might be a bit tight to work with (also important to keep in mind that the stated length is not just the length of the cable, but the length of the needles w/ the cable from tip to tip, so your needles with a 40cm cable would probably be something like 45cm instead - not a big deal, but good to know!). You can buy short interchangeable needles sets (I’ve got my eye on the Lykke driftwood 9cm interchangeables 🤤) which might be a good investment if you find yourself needing a wider range of 40cms, but you might want to try your current needles w/ a 40cm cable to see if you’re comfortable working with them slightly longer. Although I do have to say I’ve learnt this from research not direct experience, so it really might not be as big of an issue as I’ve made it sound in reality lol
Hi ☺️ I had the same concern with the interchangeable cables from drops, the good thing is the knit pro cables fit as well. So could order a smaller cable from them! It changed my life and I use it for every project now!
If you want to get an idea of the fiber content of the pale pink brushed yarn, you could do a burn test. A melted bead means it contains a synthetic fiber.
Your sweater turned out so beautiful - loved the color palette. I knitted the cumulus blouse with that yarn and this gives me ideas. Hope you had a happy birthday.
really enjoyed this vlog! loved the little voice-overs and the sweater itself because I'm currently knitting a similar thing! I'm doing my favourite things knitwear blouse nº1 with Lana Grossa cotonella shade 004 which is a colour changing cotton with these colours! haha
@@natashacrawf its awesome right?? i totally agree with you about not getting into it at first (i always brushed it off because it looked like the kind of book youd buy at the airport just to have something to read), but it really surprised me!
Just found you; really enjoyed the podcast! Well done on the sweater! Ant chance you can share the names of your meal and refer to recipes? Looks delicious!
thanks so much!! i’m afraid i didn’t follow any recipes but maybe you can find some on google? the dinner i showed contained: hummus, tzatziki, baked courgettes, fried seitan, tabbouleh!
Hi Natasha you popped up on my feed recently and loved watching this vlog. However, do you think you could lower the music when you’re doing a voice over as I missed quite a few details. I feel the music is louder than your voice and find it a little distracting. Constructive I hope and keep up the good work. 👏👏I also love knitting in fluffy yarn❤ New subscriber too😊

yarn colours: 22 pale rust, 37 sweet apricot, 29 tangerine, 31 hot pink, 8 heather, 30 yellow (approx 10 balls)
- would recreate in: pale rust + sweet apricot + tangerine, maybe only sweet apricot + tangerine
I just love you!!
