Why dont they just make solo pve servers to be hosted on your own pc instead of bsg servers?
I always have to wait 10+ min to get into a raid.
Would open it up to cheats more, probably, though the only thing that would affect is flea market. I honestly think it should be local instead of server. Between ALL of my match times being 15 min plus today, and the random lag/packet loss, it's been rough.
The wait times today were stupid.
You need a really beefy cpu to host an EFT server/raid, spt tanks your fps unless you have a new cpu even then it runs worse than live considerably, if you have a beefy pc it would 100% be the best choice ofc
@@opticalsalt2306 not really bc if you play alone you would not be hosting a server because its local, but if you would play with a friend and the server was hosted on your pc then yes it would probably tank performance.
They don’t wanna release the code. They have to for a truly offline mode.

I’ve finally caught up on all the other parts and a new vid drops
i have spent 15+ raids farming woods and leaving via car extract i have never seen a pmc spawn in the village.
I've seen them spawn near the sunken church. Killed a 3 man BEAR team with the a M700 there yesterday. But yeah I've never seen them at the other village.
Kinda new to Tarkov, spawned in on Woods the one day in PvE and got one shot by Birdeye. Didn't know it was a boss and saw the name... thought a hacker joined my game and killed me. Then I looked online and was like oh... I'm an ass. Lmao

What you said about trying out guns and builds that you haven't tried before, is exactly what appeals to me so much about PvE. I just don't have the time to grind and get hundreds or thousands of hours in to do well in PvP mode. PvE gives me the opportunity to play a little when I want on my own schedule and be able to actually complete the game tasks that I've never done. Life is just too busy for me adulting to have "fun" with PvP mode. And honestly I just want a chill gaming experience nowadays. This PvE is PERFECT for that.
I hope in the future when they get more server space the times go back to normal.
One thing that will help is if you disable stream preview when recording, your PC is basically trying to run the game twice

Casual here. 5800x3d, 32GB DDR4 3600, RX 5600 XT. FPS are all over the place. Old small maps are 100+fps 1440p low settings. Streets is a slideshow, 40fps stuttering mess. Ground Zero is 50 to 60 fps max.
Casual player 🤙🏼 I spent big money a few years ago to get a nice end rig that I could make last for awhile. Intel i9, GTX 3080, 32 ram, and 2TB ssd with 2TB hard drive. I get 90-150fps on average. I love it
9900k, 32GB ram, rtx2070, 1440p and it runs pretty good, most of the time 100+fps on most maps with dips here and there, about 60-70fps on streets
What PC do you have?
I get 60 fps on most maps on a laptop 2060 ti I close all tabs and put my laptop in hyperdrive 😂
found 7 gpus on customs in pve on scavs so far, crazy loot from stashes too. risk free cuz no pmc spawns the path i take

Lock your FPS to 144, helps stops the stutters
Optimization is difficult to say the least bro.. I run a 14900k 4070ti and 32gigs of ram.. I am anywhere between 120 and 200 on most maps with textures set to high and shadows to low. ..dlss makes little to no difference to performance max 10 frames. I am loving the series man very fun. I need to get my hands on some flares also ✌🏼
I play on a laptop from 2017. I get between 20 to 40 fps depending on where I am. Im use to it. I also only have a 15" screen. LOL I rat a lot.
I have a 6800xt and ryzen 5800x non 3d and 32gb of ram, i get 90 to 120 on every map with high settings( 60 to 80 scoped in) except for streets i get 50 to 70 and 40 to 60 scoped.
why do you have 40 minutes Scav raid on Customs and i get 25 minutes as PMC on Woods?!??

Have only called in three so far in pve but they have all been very disappointing. One was literally 3 backpacks and 5 average items, another was a med drop with a oscope and a salawa as best things.
Called one in about 2 hours ago and got a tank battery so they can be decent.
GOON AI IS BROKEN RIGHT NOW!
They have gotten up to 10 meters to me without fireing with perfect line of sight!
I've even had birdeye run up to me before even killing anyone else!
And what is even worse is that PMC's do spawn when the goons are there!
The goons are not classed as bosses within PvE! (That's what i think is happening at least as no other boss has that happen, all bosses will stop PMC spawns other than the goons!
Also i have a gaming laptop which runs this game ok, but the memory and GPU useage is maxed out when I do, and its a good 5-6 years old now 😅

No reason for me to play a ripoff Tarkov when I could just play Tarkov 😂 if they want to pay me to play it I will but that’s about it.
@@AcezEFT Yes they have taken a lot from tarkov, but tarkov has also taken a lot from dayz and stalker.. They made a lot of changes that tarkov players have asked for a long time, but never got from BSG. I think it's fair to give it a shot. Especially after BSG scammed their players. (I have 3000 hours and EOD)
@@wizardtoben8612 The "scam" is super overblown.. no one said anyone had to buy the upgrade. ABI wants a monthly sub for a secure container... pay to win, whats the difference? ABI feels like a CoD version of Tarkov with less interesting maps, lore, creativity.. the maps just feel boring. Happy its there just because I think it will force BSG to make positive changes.
Tarkov is terribly optimized for getting high fps unless you have one of the amd 3d v cache cpus

Did y’all notice they keep nerfing the Scav runs on PVE? First it was the full 40 min, then 30, now it’s betw 20-25 mins. I guess they’re trying to make more like PVP
All the raids all like that even for pmc. I loaded into a woods raid with 25 min 😂, forces you to sprint as much as possible.
overcrowding the servers with eod owners instead of actually increasing server infrastructure to allow acces to pve.
Not only the time, the loot got nerfed too. No more bitcoins in lighthouse :c
I really hope they make the pmcs harder.
I think they are in a good spot. If you don’t have the gear or positioning you taking a dice roll. They are a little dumb which adds realism that actual people make mistakes.
