None of the average players are going to do this, your 2 hours a night guys are going to probably get slaughtered at water treatment.

I did this at night and had no problems. But i can already see this being crazy at the beginning of wipe considering you have to go here to unlock jaeger anyways.
@@CL0_ Start of wipe it will be stupid, so many bottleneck quests. If anything this should be a hideout upgrade to get access to the trader. At least then you could collect the stuff needed, like magazines, and not need to do these bad two part quests.

Love this update! makes playing arena not feel like a waste of time knowing that I am at least making some progress in my pvp account. Being able to transfer money is great too, I feel like I make way more money in arena compared to pvp since I basically die every raid lol, so the extra money is a nice boost to the PVP account

My arena quest from the main game to great heights is not showing in arena. What do I do?

@@Swarm509Skill issue, if you don't wanna put in the effort and suffer on a hardcore game then play SPT, PVE, or quit. Tarkov isn't meant to be casual, it's a hard-core game with quests and interactions that make you wanna hang from a ceiling fan when they go bad. If you invest a lot of time and effort then you get a lot back from the game. If you only have 2 hours a week to play due to a busy life and expect the dev team to cater to you then you may wanna consider other games. Arena Breakout Infinite is more of a casual version of Tarkov, much easier to pick up and make progress with minimal invested while still having a high skill celing.
@@ThrownBanana Thanks for making my point for me with a wall of text. I stand by my statement. There are many games that require grind that don't do it in such a time wasting way. I don't expect it to be easy or casual, but there is a limit to how obtuse and time wasting this game is.
For some reason my arena level isn’t linking to my tarkov level
You have to sync it sometimes.
They should add the amout of GP you have in stash on the top right corner (just like the other currency)

I think Arena is alot better now. Leveling the preset system is so much smoother now with cross progression. And the new free for all deathmatch mode is alot of fun.
I've been playing arena occassionally still. I like the combat of Tarkov and I like competetive 5v5s. So I get a lot of fun out of arena.
I feel noone is talking about that that if you own any edition besides EOD or Unfucked edition you either have to buy Arena or your GP's are worthless.
I was thinking this too. Anyone w/o EOD or Traitor edition will be fucked by needing to buy Arena separately.

Well, it kinda makes sense - how would u want to merge PVE Tarkov and online Arena? It creates an unfair environment for those who only play online (since PVE is easier and does not wipe until you decide to wipe).
@@lifipp It was a promised feature by Nikita that you can only move money from Arena to PVE, nothing unfair about that

mine is completely bugged out. my eft character is lvl 36 and my arena is 15 its not linked at fkn all. i got 15k exp in an arena match and it didnt give me any exp in eft. my shit is fkn bugged out

For me it just says quest_flyer_1, 2 and 3. But my mate got the info when hovering over them. Gotta be bugged for some

It's BROKEN, Arena resets your trader rep - start early, forget 0.2 unheard advantage (it'll be reset if you start arena)
Being able to just play Arena to level skills and earn xp is definitely enticing.
For me who’s not great at the game, it’s good practice while progressing. That’s a W for me at least

Well currently 2 tasks away from the Theta Case and can honestly say it's a pain in the ass. The trader tasks don't always move to arena so then you have to go back run a PMC in hopes it transfers over
I like the cross progression between accounts but we need more standard accounts on arena for it to stay relevant. If arena queue times aren’t faster than raids then most people will just choose to raid over playing arena which hurts the value in purchasing both.
Just a heads up to everyone the gp coin stacking has caused massive errors for me in stash when sorting. Youve been warned! Just put your gp coins in a wallet or money case

I've been trying to play arena since they updated it and only managed to get into 2 games i don't know why but the matchmaking is completely non existent on Oceania servers. Anyone other people having this issue
The update has left the GP Coin on the PVE side as completely useless and a waste of inventory space since we can't even sell them to Mechanic/Therapist. If anything, they should've took the coin out of all loot tables and replaced it with something similar in value/rarity.
Why they removed the ability to sell them to traders is absolutely beyond me. Like I'm in PvE, I'm *never* going to unlock the trader therefore these coins are 100% useless... and yet I can't even sell them to like Fence?
Development at BSG must be such a shitshow, they should just make it into a reality TV show.

Not just PVE, if you own some of the lower price editions other than EOD or Unfucked edition, then they flush your GP coins down the toilet as well. Either they are useless, or you are forced to buy another game. Fok BSG.

I think this new update with tarkov is super good I like how I can sell things that arent found in raid and I can transfer loot I think nikita making good choices or that's what I think at least the game is way more enjoyable for me now then it once was I did enjoy it when it was extremely hard and it sucked but now its just super fun.

I've been playing arena on and off this year. This linkage id not bad to me, however the tarkov quest to me is not going to be fun if I attempt it, ok on woods for the posters and ok to send it to custom, meh for riserve but defenetley not good for lighthouse. Anyway, we'll see how it evolves

Late to the party here on this vid, got back into Tarky after I stopped playing in Jan/Feb 2024. I update my game to .15, have some good raids, then I check out Arena again as it has changed significantly. My first Lega medal was a "weekly" and it was to kill 30 players in free for all lol. Might be the easiest Lega medal I'll get, unfortunately, I did research on it after I sold it lol
I ran arena for around an hour last nite.
I felt like as a lower level player i had to put a lot of rounds on other players to melt them... it didnt feel great

The introduction quest for him is going to be SUUUUUPER annoying on day one. According to Wiki you need to complete the car extract on Ground Zero first and that was a nightmare in itself.

Tarkov broken for anyone else? Game keeps throwing my loot in the trash. After successful exfils, nothing shows up on my character and it resets.

I haven't encountered this but I'm told it's an old bug and what will happen is that your next scav will still have all the gear from your previous scav run.

i have played few games on arena but no xp or skill xp transferred to EFT. is it a bug because i saw NOICE guy sharing that he only played arena and now his EFT character is 17lvl.. its stupid if its bugged like that

It just sucks for players using basic accounts. Having to buy arena to unlock these things is a little disappointing
So you play arena until u get to lvl 15-20 u probaly lvl up the endu and strenght then go in tarkov unlock ref, buy keytool, gear, weapon and start tasking. Lovely hope they nerf it a little but not too much cause kinda ez now especaly cause in arena i play with noobies

@@xotiics_ yes :) so you need to strictly follow this: check files integrity on both then clear cache on both than delete all log files on both after that play PMC - Arena - PMC and problem should be fixed. For me now arena is sync. Good luck 😎

If anything, it pisses me off the way they are trying to manipulate us into playing a game I want nothing to do with, and makes me wonder how much time they waste on Arena rather than fixing sound, fixing bugs, quality of life updates etc. at some point, they are just going to have to accept that no one likes or wants Arena. I mean, are they going to just start paying us to play it. Because it’ll have to come to that to get me to play it. The only reason I would have ever wanted to play Arena is because you could have practiced pvp, both as a pre-game workout, or just general practice. However, the movement build is not the same as current EFT, and the load-outs are not even something I would ever use, so even trying to practice pvp is just useless, and can quite possibly get you to learn bad habits. Sorry to the 5 guys that play arena.

Man, why are they forcing everyone to go to woods. woods sucks really really bad. I often not unlock jaeger at all, because I can't manage to navigate woods without dying of hunger and thirst...(I know, I'm bad af, thanks).
Offline raids help a ton with navigating, use the large mountain in the center as a point for reference when starting out.

@@afonsoamaro3948 I have both editions. Yes the accounts are connected. My skills are the same for each character. But the level isnt and EXP isnt being shared.

They moved to reserve, check your quest entry it should be updated to that now (you'll still keep previous kills as completed, so it's just a map change).

yea if you play arenas you level up both in arenas and tarkov, both levels are perfectly synced so it's like the same level is used for the two characters
