This is definitely a different take on tacos. My favorite will always be street tacos in Mexico. I use soft shell corn tortillas for easier eating. Just goes to show you can do what you want to create a tasty meal.

I flip and love a mixture of cilantro and onion with a shot of lime set overnight in the fridge to put on tacos like these so delicious maybe some other herbs

You can make a taco as simple as tortilla meet herbs and some onions or go to this extent I'm a huge fan of this I like the addition of dairy and fresh ingredients so wonderful

But I do have a question , more of a request that is , if you would consider doing a video on Burritos ??? Not just a Burrito but a few different Burritos

Looks pretty and delicious. I like chick peas, but I don't think of them for tacos, especially with two meats/proteins..... I like soft and crunchy tacos and choose based on what I am feeling at the time. There is something really satisfying about the bottom of the crunchy taco that softens from the heat and moisture of the meat filling, while the rest of the shell stays crunchy. Yum. Thanks for sharing! Despite the time "crunch," you seemed to have a fun time, which is ultimately what it is all about.

I guess I'm just an old school nostalgic weirdo or something lol, I often have the crunchy hard-shell taco, but I love a soft tortilla taco too. Either way can you really go wrong with tacos? I usually add onion with my beef and black beans, plus I love a good pico de gallo, lots of spicy sauce, guacamole, sour cream and cheese with sliced jalapenos. I love to do shredded chicken, a chili con carne mix, shredded steak and in summer fish tacos are delicious too. Perfect any time.
My kids love tacos 🌮 and this will work when I'm home late from work. Can't wait to try this Marion 😋😋😋

Marion turn a plate upside down put the tomatoes in the ring put another plate on top and slice through the tomatoes between the plates. Love crunchy tacos. Need some for lunch now!

I like crunchy taco shells but hate the mess when eating them so I make taco bowls and crush some tortilla/corn chips or a tostada over the top and eat it with a spoon or use the chips to scoop it up like dip. Sometimes I crush some chips or a tostada inside a soft taco too.. best of both worlds really.
The tomato slicing hack work well with a dinner plate or something really flat! ❤️
Crunchy corn tacos are less messy wrapped in a soft flour tortilla spread w/sour cream;)

Between 2 lids - set inside up on counter, fill with tomatoes, set inside down on top of them, hold down gently with palm, and slice through. Easy.

Cheese on the bottom on the tacos nice and made it here to the Shell get that nice creamy cooked cheese in between the shell and the taco meat although cold cheese sprinkled on the top is really nice too for that texture and temperature difference or crunching into that sweet Taco baby
