Prior to starting my clinical placement, I documented what I got up to over the past month. This included taking part in a pub quiz organised by our physiotherapy professors, and going for morning runs by the canal and country park that only took a global pandemic for us to discover.

Awesome video bro! Are you planning on subspecializing after graduating? Also, do you have any tips for extra-curricular activities that pre-physiotherapy students can pursue in undergrad? Thanks so much bro!

I still haven't decided yet! There are so many specialities in our field and I would definitely love to explore them. I would say try get some experience in all areas of physiotherapy (eg. shadowing in hospitals) :)
