      It's actually a fact but a lot of people fake response or pander to the interviewer. If you noticed, Prasanth genuinely paid his respects initially by saying that he his honored to be interviewed by BR as BR has achieved that status now in India. After that he was brutally honest, he also said that, the makers intent also should be correct then there won't be any controversies

      Gods in Telugu movies were never made for propaganda unlike in the Hindi movies. They were just part of depiction of everyday life. There's lot of art involved in showing rather than chest-thumping for religion and hyper-nationalism.

      @@frozendream8431😂😂 Name one movie where Hindu Gods are used in Bollywood to attack any particular religion…..😂 Telugu and Kannada movies are always into Itihasa genre….I mean once Indhira Gandhi came to Andra to fight election and gave a namaskaar to a Krishna cutout thinking they kept it for Janmashtami 😂 later to know it is not actually Krishna but of Sr. NTR movie cutout for movie DANA VEERA SURA KARNA

      We used to have them in our regular movie lists for a very long time.
      If you just check old movies, you would find many spinoffs from itihasas, imaginary stories with central god characters. And if people liked, it clicked and if they don’t it’s fine. No huge analysis of how it was represented in those days. Many were Chandamama kathalu, vittalacharya is also one director who never made great quality movies, but always explored some crazy ideas and good fun stories. Bimbisara director is more inspired by Vittalacharya.

    Yes apart from devotion(adidaivik) ,Indian epics also have historic side to them(adibhoutik).Each event is written along with sorrounding observations.
    Astronomy-Massive amount of Astronomical observations of Mahabharat were written years ago. Some of these are Shayla11:17 ,Bhisma parva43:38/43:54 (they state how Mars,Venus and Mercurry were lining up during Mahabarat war),
    Bhishma2:31 (Arundhati is ahead of Vashista only at a particular time frame),
    So there are massive amount of astronomical evidences and all of them point out 5561 BCE as date of Mahabharat war,this is hard science that there were actual observation of events because it's impossible for so many coincidence to occur that all astronomical observations point out at single date only.
    It was discovered at bikaner a 172000 year old river used to flow which later got dried up.This river went from kurushetra also and it was called as Saraswati and the way its flowing in Mahabhrat text also shows that time of Mahabharat war is around 5561 bce. Some people skip all important observation to force the date around 3000 bc because they follow biblical timeline instead of science. Read research of people who have dated Mahabharat war at 5561 bc.
    Geology and Archeology-Submereged Dwarka is there at Gulf of Khambhat and certain artifacts from there were dated 9000 years old. There was a civilized society but years later dwarka got submerged in water probably around 5525 BC because there was a water rise internationaly at that time. Likewise you can see American research papers which prove that Ram Setu is man made, also Ramayan is older than Mahabharat. No significant reaserch is going on land of kurushetra and dwarka and still we find so much evidence, if proper research is done then there would be even more outstanding evidences.
    In simple terms this is physical history(Adibhoutik)-
    Krishna gave knowledge of geeta to Arjun at Kurushetra, Siya-Ram went to vanvas at dandaka forest and Ram was the Ideal king in hindu society,
    Shiv-Parvati did yogic meditation at Himalyas
    Now Hindu society was inclusive and they didn't wanted to badly invade others for imposing their one supreme God by force but some other cultures were not like this, still we trust many others and not Indians.
    Someone may turn water into wine or split moon into half but they all are called history, we respect it even though they have done so much digging still no significant hard evidence has been found.
    Indians were observing event by event and they specifically called it itihasa(history). Most of the people in Hindu epics are ancestors of Hindus which has record and if you have to call something myth then follow same standard and name every single history book of planet as myth.

    Clash of two ideologies. Bharadwaj Rangan at unease keeps insisting that it is myth even though Prasanth Varma used Akhanda Bharata Ithihasas. You can see the discomfort with BR and Prasanth Varma was trying not to offend him by sometimes trying to find words like Indian Heritage. I didn't like how Bharadwaj Rangan is saying sci-fi and myth can't come together, who the heck is Thor then. Anyway, our IthiHasa is not a myth, it's our history.

    • @agfhj875
      @agfhj875 Год назад +8

      There is no mythology in Hinduism. Descriptions of star positions , rivers , Ram Setu, Underwater Dwarka(cambay), hydrology , geology , genetic clan continiuty etc proves history. There is no mythology because scriptures clearly mentions that they are to be read with 3 perspectives-Adidaivik, Adiadhiatmik, Adibhoutik. Spiritual perspective-Replacing of ganesh's human head(arrogance) by shiva(consciousness) symbolizes establishing auspiciousness. Devotional perspective-Hanuman gets super big in size, for getting lost in devotion there should be no limit. Physical perspective-Krishna giving knowledge of bhagwat geeta to Arjun. From physical perspective, devotional and spiritual perspectives are created because limitless devotional will act as a link between physical(limited) and spiritual(ultimate truth).Thor is inpired from Indra(devotional represention of physical rain and thunder)

    Am I the only one who feel that this film Hanuman has lot of parallels with the malayali film minnal murali???

    • @nationalist7347
      @nationalist7347 2 месяца назад

      It is actually better than Minnan Murali as it feels very distant movie which non mallu feel very distant to connect by Hanuman although from Andra feels like any typical village in up or Rajasthan with different aesthetic

    I really liked hanuman as a movie..... Not from the devotional POV but just as a sankranthi movie which is all about being happy, comedy and celebrating our village(which happens to be anjanadri)...😇
    But i really wonder would this film have worked if not for the sankranthi release or RJB reconstruction that is currently happening...🤔
    Therefore i am really excited to know whether PVCU holds this mileage given intially, for the upcoming installments....💥👊🏻

    Bhardwaj Rangan repeatedly uses the word "myth".
    Mr. Rangan should know that there is no concept of writing mythology in Sanatan Dharma.
    Both Ramayana and Mahabharata are ITIHASA written by contemporaries of those times.
    Bhagwan Hanuman is not mythology.

    I have different Point of view about hanuman. It's technically well made film. But, Prashant varma should avoid the concept of shakti aapko mani se milti instead of hard work and perseverance . And, they can show after working on his sidhi like kundali yoga, A man can achieve tremendous amount of energy in his body.

      So far, Prasanth said the next superhero Adhira will have powers from Lord Indra and the 3rd female superhero from a Goddess. Jai Hanuman will have an actor playing Lord Hanuman.
