      D Eg this is just a different variation. The Jerome Gambit has many lines, it is very theory heavy, not recommended for beginners

    So you develop your bishop and knight, then instantly sac them. Next you develop your queen, and then your king. This is what happens when you let a 5 year old come up with opening ideas. The Jerome is usually met with a5, then b5, c5 etc.

    I don't think this is the jerome - the jerome continues with queen h5 instead of pawn d4 - then depending on what black does you can immediately take the knight or if he plays king f6, take the queen.

    Been using an opening like this but just the pawn then the bishop sacrifice opening up the opponent's house using the queen and developing as I go...is there a name for this opening ?
