    Guys, when you rotate your arms, it is very dependent on your strength, build and stamina, so you can't just rely on videos, speak to a coach. Make this top comment to everyone knows

    I love backstroke, it's so relaxing! Love getting a kickboard and just kicking on my back a few laps. Melts the stress away.

      Just focus on the clouds or if no clouds try to imagine something in the sky even I swim in open air😂😅

    Can you please make video on how to swim straight? It’s the main problem I have with backstoke can’t seem to keep my swim straight and then I disturb other peoples swims😢🙏

      Is your pool indoors? Mine has metal beams on the ceiling so I just pick a beam and follow it lol. You could also try staying parallel to the lane marker with you peripheral vision.

      ​@@myswimprowhenever i start pulling water with my arms then the moment i take the hand out of the water for thw stroke. The water comes in my face and enters in the nose which makes it uncomfortable. Any suggestion???
