Rick Hunter, Postal Dude in every other game, is the VA for Other Postal Dude.

Im pretty sure the last boss fight is a reference to Dusk's boss figh before the last one . What makes me think of that is because , just like in dusk , the postal dude is fighting a mirror version of himself , another thing is the boss movement wich is pretty much the same as the Dusk one , and the arena is pretty similar .
