The most unrealistic here is the one in underwater fight first how you breath second how you shoot fire arm in water
This is a video game. They're anti-frustration features because this *isn't* a game that's annoyingly realistic.

I think I played in what would be the normal difficulty. Hardest one is brutal in this haha
