Hi, there is actually a very useful tool from RUclips Speed settings to slow it down to 0.75x and even 0.5x the speed to learn for yourself. It's also more beneficial for you to write your own note letters during the lesson as it is proven that self written notes help you learn quicker. Hope that helps ~
