If you listen to the original song, the chord at 00:47 should be a minor chord instead of a major chord. A C# minor chord. So one could add the C# note to the E chord being played in this video to be closer to the original chords being played.
He does it by ear,it aint gonna be perfect
Correct. The last chord in that sequence is wrong as well. He moves his left hand to play D F# A which sounds too bright and it's awkward. The chord is F# A D.
So the sequence is :
A C# E,
Ab C# E,
F# A C#,
F# A D. Which just makes more sense musically.
