Discovering Alba - truffle & chocolate [check out the NEW fountain!]

Welcome to lovely, cozy Alba ❤️ in Piemonte, just an hour and a half train ride from Torino!
Alba is known for its white and black truffle. The whole area is also a great producer of hazelnuts, offering a fantastic range of local chocolate and Alba is no less then the hometown of Nutella! Have a look at the newly installed beautiful fountain with sculpture on the town square donated by the Ferrero family.
(A tip, if you are headed to the Saturday street market, is to be there well in time before 2 p.m., when it closes.)
