The creators of She Hulk have behaved like narcissistic abusers, insulting and gaslighting the audience. So much of their behavior is equivalent to a DARVO attack on the core Marvel fan base. that isn't fully true its not that women criticisms are more valid it's that most women in male-dominated places like marvel were made to fit the male gaze such as having daddys lil monster on their shirt you find it offensive but do not understand as these same places have catered to men in almost every way except for placing harmful gender norms on boys and girls feel offended if you want but she hulk is the best female protagonist we are gonna get for a long time in places like marvel. just like in disney we do not get many black protagonists and if we do they are a fudging frog for the whole movie or have a race change to blue or another color and a lot of gentlemen that speak on these things come from a toxic masculine misogynistic privileged point of view valid male criticisms are okay. however ones that are like "I don't like she hulk she doesn't look like a 12 year old girl with certain features then I'm gonna hate on it" or the classic "women shouldn't have their own show or movie" see women hold back on criticism on these type of things because we know it is not the best but if we complain it will be an excuse to not make anymore or to exclude us completely we tell certain men they don't get it because at the end of the day they don't have to hope for a male superhero or a male president or a male in power or work twice as hard to achieve it and only get half as far however women do have whatever opinion you like on it but at least try to understand women feel the way they do instead of coming from a place of ignorance.
I was kind a hoping that these ladies would admit why men aren’t watching the show. I know the ladies were completely perplexed about hair choices and what she was going to wear to a wedding or on a professional level but I’m sorry, men just don’t give a rats ass about this stuff.
honestly this show felt very much like marvel going "what? you'll watch it". i don't doubt that there was genuine love behind the show from the people involved with it but it definitely felt like marvel a) didn't know what kind of show they wanted to be and b) didn't really care about it being good or well-crafted. the tone is all over the place - they seem to both want to be a sitcom within the marvel universe (which is the direction they should have gone with, in my opinion) and a poignant social commentary (which is where it fell flat more often than not) and ultimately failed at being either. i haven't been able to put my finger on why i don't really enjoy the show in spite of being a huge fan of tatiana from her orphan black days and generally enjoying the main characters and it's not even as if i hate the show. i just feel like it's capable of more but no one involved with getting it made cared about it reaching the potential it held.

The creators of She Hulk have behaved like narcissistic abusers, insulting and gaslighting the audience. So much of their behavior is equivalent to a DARVO attack on the core Marvel fan base. It is despicable.
that isn't fully true its not that women criticisms are more valid it's that most women in male-dominated places like marvel were made to fit the male gaze such as having daddys lil monster on their shirt you find it offensive but do not understand as these same places have catered to men in almost every way except for placing harmful gender norms on boys and girls feel offended if you want but she hulk is the best female protagonist we are gonna get for a long time in places like marvel. just like in disney we do not get many black protagonists and if we do they are a fudging frog for the whole movie or have a race change to blue or another color and a lot of gentlemen that speak on these things come from a toxic masculine misogynistic privileged point of view valid male criticisms are okay. however ones that are like "I don't like she hulk she doesn't look like a 12 year old girl with certain features then I'm gonna hate on it" or the classic "women shouldn't have their own show or movie" see women hold back on criticism on these type of things because we know it is not the best but if we complain it will be an excuse to not make anymore or to exclude us completely we tell certain men they don't get it because at the end of the day they don't have to hope for a male superhero or a male president or a male in power or work twice as hard to achieve it and only get half as far however women do have whatever opinion you like on it but at least try to understand women feel the way they do instead of coming from a place of ignorance.
what is it there to analyse about the show sucks lol
I was kind a hoping that these ladies would admit why men aren’t watching the show. Each one of the subject points that they bring up are subject points that men don’t think about or care about in there every day lives. I know the ladies were completely perplexed about hair choices and what she was going to wear to a wedding or on a professional level but I’m sorry, men just don’t give a rats ass about this stuff.
The show is awful
honestly this show felt very much like marvel going "what? you'll watch it". i don't doubt that there was genuine love behind the show from the people involved with it but it definitely felt like marvel a) didn't know what kind of show they wanted to be and b) didn't really care about it being good or well-crafted. the tone is all over the place - they seem to both want to be a sitcom within the marvel universe (which is the direction they should have gone with, in my opinion) and a poignant social commentary (which is where it fell flat more often than not) and ultimately failed at being either. i haven't been able to put my finger on why i don't really enjoy the show in spite of being a huge fan of tatiana from her orphan black days and generally enjoying the main characters and it's not even as if i hate the show. i just feel like it's capable of more but no one involved with getting it made cared about it reaching the potential it held.
Cool can I have your analysis of the show though
Fans & contributing members of the show's production seem to be under the misguided notion that men who critique, review, or analyze the show "JUST DON'T GET IT" so instead of being yet another RUclipsr that they'd deem invalid (no matter how well articulated my points are), I decided to have women analyze it instead.
