• Minecraft Build it Bet...
Dude, I absolutely am obsessed with trains (especially steam engines) and my fav is the Big Boy, I was all looking all over for one, they all were either too small, or to big, or just not my style. But this locomotive was perfect, I couldnt have seen a better locomotive. Keep up the great.... no AMAZING work!
Cuboy'dMC Thank you very much! This build did turn out quite well :-) I have a few other steam engines too if ya get a chance to check em out ;-)
Jagthunder1 np, and will do!
Jag your the best Minecraft builder I've ever seen keep up the good work and make people happy of what you did and thanks for the gondola video you sent me I now have 5 engines and alot of cars to pull. Thanks again👍👍👍
Ryan Dobson You are very welcome! And thanks for the kind words too 👍
Jagthunder1 can you make a crane or skyscraper and it will be nice big you can make a new big train for a lot of people thanks for everything. 😜😜
Jagthunder1 hay jag what made you do RUclips plz reply 👍👍👍🙌
I started over 7 years ago when my sons were doing RUclips also. They are grown up now and I guess I have nothing better to do hahaha
Jagthunder1 good for you jag and tell me what are your son's RUclips names are I might subscribed to them
Fantastic job jag, I've been in a real big boy in Green Bay Wisconsin and they live up to there name, I stuck my head out the window and I couldn't even see the front of the locomotive it was THAT big
Thanks mate and that would be fucking awesome !!
Oh yeah! This is way way way better than the one I am using in my Museum world. Fun Fact, if you use Netherbrick Wall and cover the Cobblestone bricks, you can make the smoke deflectors seen on #4019.
Glad ya like it!! And thats a good tip, thanks for sharing!
Also, if you do a little tweaking on the front and remove two drive wheels (one from each driver set) you can make the Challenger!
Ah may look into that if I get a chance, thanks
Done...Challenger tut in the works as we speak. Thanks for the quick tips to convert this one! Will give ya a shout out in the Challenger tut too mate ;-)
Hey Jag it's Derek Bonham & I'm not sure if I'm your only viewer from Kansas, but anyways you did a REALLY great job on your Union Pacific Big Boy tutorial & I actually built it myself just few years ago, but I nearly forgot the design so your video on the Big Boy tutorial keeps refreshing my mind about the build plus I'm planning to do a rebuild on my Big Boy steamer with the design as you built it, but I'm gonna modernize it quite a bit.
Jag I'm giving you a tremendous amount of support & I'm also giving you credit for the design of your Union Pacific Big Boy as well as your designs for both the Challenger & the 844 & I'm gonna rebuild those two as well & I'll modernize them quite a bit just like what I'm gonna do when I rebuild my version of your Union Pacific Big Boy.
Jag do you have any suggestions on what I can build for my very first Minecraft steam locomotive or diesel locomotive tutorial???? Any suggestions would be acceptable whether it would be a steam locomotive from America or the United Kingdom & diesel locomotives I'd prefer them from ONLY American railroads.
Keep up the great Minecraft content Jag & I hope that I'll get the PC version of Minecraft, join you, play Minecraft with you & do train building tutorials with you sometime soon in the not too distant future later Jag take care man.
Really glad ya enjoy the train stuff and plan to breath a little of your own style into them ! I really enjoy the modern stuff myself. The GP38, GP40 and such. The 4 axle stuff basically. I dont mind the newer Dash 9s and 6 axle stuff either :-P The steam stuff was mainly for requested viewers. I started with a very basic engine that wasn't even based on a real life engine haha. You can still find that tutorial on my channel too btw. But start with what ya comfortable with and just have fun! Theres so many to choose from :-)
@@Jagthunder1 Well I've made a decision I'm gonna do a Minecraft steam locomotive tutorial on former Southern Pacific GS-4 steamer 4449 then after that I'll probably build the Union Pacific EMD DDA40X (Centennial) diesel locomotive which if Jag I'm not sure if I told you this, but the Union Pacific Big Boy is the world's largest steam locomotive which 4014 has been successfully restored & converted to NO.5 fuel oil source by the Union Pacific Steam Team & the Union Pacific EMD DDA40X (Centennial) is the world's largest diesel electric locomotive I'm not sure when I'll do those tutorials, but you'll get a notification whenever I make the video.
@@derekbonhamsgarage1548 Yup I knew all that for sure :-) I think I have a tutorial for the DDA40X also :-)
@@Jagthunder1 Yes you do & I believe that you made that tutorial before you did the Union Pacific Big Boy tutorial.
Your tutorials never cease to amaze me! From the Bismarck to the Big Boy, you are best!
Warren Ash Thanks Warren! Glad ya enjoying all the builds!
Jag this was a great tutorial I was wondering when ever you get around to it could you do a tutorial on The Norfolk and Western Class J Locomotive thanks keep up the great work
Glad ya enjoyed it Dakota! As far as the request, All I can do is put it on the request list and if I get several more requests for it I will try to take a look k
Please research and make a yacht of any type and great video 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 I love your videos and I have built a fue and one of them bring the typhoon v2 thanks for the tutorials and keep up the great work.
I have a small yacht already built. I will see if I can get a tut done on it it as soon as I can. Really glad you are enjoying the builds and I appreciate the support!!
very nicely done ,jag i love this design.
Thanks Jake!!
Jag i love your trains! Thank you for your awesome job!!
It would be awesome if you could build the DB V60/ 360 (a little german switcher engine) Thank you :)
Thanks a bunch! Really appreciate it! I got a list of all kinds of Non-American trains to sift through. I will defiantly add that to the list. Thanks for the suggestion.
Sorry to nitpick but you have the steam coming out of the sand domes instead of the smokestacks. Besides that it's an Awesome Build!! Keep it up man!
Ah yeah I noticed that too and forgot to move the smoke lol, thanks :-P
Great Build I really like your train tutorials
Thanks ! Glad ya loving the trains !
OMG YOU DID IT !!! IM SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW :D
Yup, had it done for a week or so now :-) Re-built some of it like 3 times this morning making it better. It is way sexier now because I waited :-)
xD
I guess the only steamers left is, 844 and the Challenger, xD Good Luck my friend
Thanks :-)
This was an awesome surprise to see in my subscription box :)
Glad you were surprised :-)
Now i know you have lots of things on your list of builds like Trains, Cars, ect but i was wondering if you could make the 20th Century Limited Train. I mean dude. just look at the pictures of the thing. THEY LOOK AMAZING. i thought it would look real nice in my city. Just a Suggestion. Also Great Build and i hope to see you in another vid. Bye!
Not sure if/when I will get back to making tutorials. Lots going on right now with youtube and real life. :-P Glad ya enjoying the builds!!
I have a challenge for you Jagthunder1 since you're on a Steam Locomotive roll. Try building the GMAM GARRATT 4-8-2+2-8-4.
haha that's one fugly looking engine :-P
lol ikr!
Can you do a video of the smaller big boy steam train
i,m ready, nice bild.
I am a mc train builder to, but i moslty build German trains and Belgian ones. My rails are 7 wide ( 3 wood slabs between the rails) So but your designes are awesome to ! :)
Sounds pretty cool :-) Glad ya like my smaller designs !
Jagthunder1 thank you for video this will help me to making a awesome circus train. Oh by the way I pick good name for the big boy 4-8-8-4 call the razor’s kiss
Glad ya like the design and hope it does give ya what ya looking for. Cool name for it too 👍
wow jag that looks amazing. i really wish i had your texture pack so i could use the black colored blocks and slabs like that. :)
Thanks buddy! And yeah my pack helps a little :-P
Hey Jag could you do the union pacific passenger cars that they use with the big boy.
I dunno if I will get a the time to do those or not Ryan. Just to busy right now, sorry. Unless I get a lot more requests for those, then I will try to make time.
Wow, Jag. These trains look so cool. By the way. How can I get StackedGold's head and Wool's head?
Thanks! I dont think you can get player heads in game anymore but I am not really sure. You may have to watch some other videos on that one. Sorry
Oh. I see. But you know what, Jag? I was wondering if you could do a tutorial for the Milwaukee Road 261.
@@nicolenagendram9297 No I dont have that one, sorry
When Battlefield 1 comes out, you should do a tutorial on either the blimp or the armored train
Armored train is on the list already. Will check it out if I get time ;-)
Nice. You should bring back world of warships. Felt good to bring back anything to do with ships. But do you have any other ships plans after the Nimitz? I am not trying to rush, especially after the Missouri but I just want to know.
It hasn't gone anywhere. Just been busy with train builds right now, then I will get back to ships and ship videos :-)
Awesome thanks Jag
yep no probs :-)
thanks so much for doing this tutorial it was great
You're welcome! Glad ya enjoyed it!
what block was the white writing can you tell me?
Not sure what block ya talking about.
Ja did you ever think about makeing Grand Centeral Station in the Future?
Not that specifically. Matt and I rebuilt one of FyreUK's train station in a timelapse several years back. I may need to find that and put my trains in it tho, lol
nice build you should build a civil war stream train but this is a good build
Yeah that would be pretty cool. Maybe after I get through the long list of requests. Don't know if I will have time tho :-( Glad ya like this tho in the meantime!
It's amazing man!!! Nice job!!!!!!!🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks Kyle :-)
Nice build :)
Thanks buddy!
YES YES YES LETS GO FINALLY
Enjoy :-)
Have you tried building a GG1 as well as a S1?
Those have some tough curves to try to do at this scale. If I get a lot more requests for those I will take another look at em.
what is the command for the head??? btw i love the build
The one I was using was a server based head :-P You can search for an alternative one on planetminecraft of other site tho :-) Glad ya like the build!
I feel like every time you do another train you come closer to replacing me on OR, also how long is your request list?
Oh man not trying to replace ya by any means buddy :-) You are the reason I got so damn inspired!! The list is quite long now lol...I can't possibly do all of them tho. A lot of them look very similar, especially the diesels
+Jagthunder1 that is a problem with American diesels made from the 60s to now i would recommend making the older diesels as there is a bit more variation due to how new the technology was at that time
+Jagthunder1 although you could try making some locomotives from around the world like European and Russian locomotives as there is a a lot of variation with those locomotives
Oh those have all been requested, haha. I am just now getting into some of those. The main modern diesels are pretty much finished now. Thanks for the advice! Hope you are not mad at me :(
+Jagthunder1 nah I'm not mad at you in any sense just I meant it as a compliment lol
can you make an Amtrak AEM-7 locomotive?
All I can do is put it on the request list and if I get several more requests for it I will try to take a look k
exelen construction exelent you tuber
Thanks :-)
Can you do the n&w y6b or j class?
All I can do is put it on the train request list and if I get several more requests for that one I may take a look.
how much train track do I need for the big boy train
Lane Everly maybe at least roughly 70 or less, I'm just guessing.
now that's what I call a steam engine!
Enjoy :-)
Why don't you make a Southern Pacific 4449 GS-4
Thank you for this so much!'
You're welcome !
can you do 4449 daylight sourthen picafic
Hey jag, what happened to stuff other than trains?
Whatcha mean Anton? What stuff?
+Jagthunder1 Planes, ships etc
I made new playlists yesterday and put each in it's own playlist to make things more organized ;-)
+Jagthunder1 No, I meant why are you spamming the train tutorials, I came here for planes and ships, now all I'm getting is trains.
^^^that came off a bit harsher than I wanted it to, but I think my point still stands, why all of the train stuff?
Had a shit ton of small tutorials (Trains) that have been on the list for a long time (last summer) These are super easy for me to do right now instead of big ships. I explained this in my monthly update video. Ships will return
Is there a Metrolink train tutorial coming?
But this steam train is awesome. :)
I got another steam engine coming up hopefully tomorrow if I can get it done tonight. And another special train by late week. After that I should have some Metro type trains. I should start building some tonight if I get time.
Ok Jag.
+Jagthunder1 what train will it be
I have the other 2 UP steam engines related to the Big Boy. The Challenger and the 844. Both now built.
Very nice
Thanks! This was a tough one :-P
Jagthunder1 I Can understand that :)
You put the smoke and steam exhaust at the wrong spots, it should be coming out of the funnel ABOVE and BEHIND the bell, or the "stacked gold head". Sorry to be picky...
Cool, you can put it correct on yours too then ;-) thanks for the input !
Np, and I'm gonna actually build mine to have a red and gold/yellow boiler as well as certain pieces to be red and gold/yellow. Using white quarts on the front of the boiler. Which is how CraftyFoxe does the "face" for his Minecraft Thomas engines, basically I'm making my Thomas and Friends OC "Little Joe", I can't film or take pics in MC yet but I have a Microsoft Paint pic of what it should look like, but I can't post the pic here, it sucks... Oh well, back to building.
Sounds cool! Hope it turns out good for ya :-)
So far so good, using a lot of acacia wood and red concrete though!
I need a tutorial for how to do the steam and smoke exhaust on a steamie's funnel, if your willing to do it, will you please do it for me?
I love trains I have a n scale layout
realy epic
Thanks! Glad ya like!
Eres buen youtuber
Can you do a bugatti charon
I have no plans for any other trains at this time, sorry
do an EMD GP40-2, will ya
That doesn't look a whole lot different from the GP-38 I did
+Jagthunder1 yep not so different
There ya go, use that tut ;-)
Could you build a RCB 90 attack boat
Put that on my request video for me please :-) ruclips.net/video/e82PNmg1XfI/видео.html
NP
Thanks :-)
can you make the LNER Class A4 4468 Mallard ?
That would be very tough to do with it in Blue like that and the long curves with nothing to make that out of. We really need more colored wool slabs and stairs :-(
+Jagthunder1 maby this one DR Class 99.23-24 :)
I will add it to the list and if I get several more requests for it I will take a look at it k
One of these monsters is being restored to operation.
Oh thats super cool!!
I like it it locks super super cool also please can you do the southern pacific daylight passenger train
Thanks Jenny. Will put that on the request list and if I get more requests for that I will try to take a look at it.
Please do the daylight! It's one of my favorites and it would be a nice engine to add to your roster!
The Daylight what specifically? And then I can do like I told Jenny above.
In Stead I put a bell in front
Im so early the video is in 360p :)
haha
