This was incredibly helpful. I'm trying to startup in audible narration and also podcasting with a friend and clean audio has been such a problem. An hour later downloading the plugins and following this and it's the best it's ever sounded. Thank you!
I had to adjust my ram to 20.1 to get it to pass, but I just want to thank you so much for this!! This has saved my life!!

Thanks man... thanks a lot... ❤️❤️❤️
Great video 🙏
thank you so much
Applying the Amplify effect to the defective areas of the recording is just a brilliant idea. I was so upset when I heard the hum on the record and now I can just turn it off. Thanks
I'm new to ACX and steadily becoming more educated about the different tools we can use to record. I tried to install the plug-ins and do macros with no success. The link did take me to an Audacity looking website and I saw the RMS Normalize Plugin but when downloading, it wanted to open up in a different app?! I don't know what that's about but maybe it's just my computer?! Otherwise, thanks for spending time with us on the video. It was informative. Thank you for pointing us in the direction of other RUclipsrs as well for more information.
you have to drag it into de plugins files in the audacity file in the programs files in your equipment.
Thank you.
@@elmirekidd1731 Did you succeed? If not, go to TOOLS> NYQUIST PLUG-IN INSTALLER >click BROWSE >select the downloaded plug-in. Then click TOOLS > ADD/REMOVE PLUG-INS > Highlight the new plug-in and click ENABLE. Click ok. DONE.
De esser is to reduce the prominent S sounds that happen in recordings. It is to get rid of the snake in the room haha
At the end when you export to MP3, do you need to check off '"Force export to mono?"
Thank you for doing this. Great content and vert informative...When you went through the noise reduction step you grabbed audio with sound...I thought that you did this with a "silent" portion...What is the difference in the two...( If you understand my question?) I am a fan and NOW new sub! Bravo!
thankyou
Thank you for this :) I downloaded the ACX Check plug in but it doesn't seem to be in my audacity account. Do you. or anyone else have a tip to help me figure out what is going on?
How did you get audacity to recognize you mic for instance a NtRode
Hello, the acx check and rms normalize plug in isn't there to enable in Audacity. How do I get them in audacity?
You will have to download them first, I have included the respective links in the video description. You will then have to install the plugin (nyquist plugin installer) then enable it.
All plug-ins are good to go except Punch Copy/Paste. When I go to download those, my computer tells me they cannot be downloaded securely. Should I just bypass this warning? Has anyone else come across this?
i am struggling with bookmarking audio.can you help me please.
Some of the setting you speak too low and click too fast for us to see what U clicked on and don't say why. Also the plugin not explained.
De Esser...getsss rid of the Ssss soundsssss in recordingssss
Man first learn, then teach!
