Boat Slips for sale in the Florida Keys

Hi, good video I would like to know if there is a way in any of these marinas to do charters? I would appreciate some info about any slip rent for a 26 ft deck boat and with the possibility of doing a charter, thanks for your video.

Opt out of HOAs … You dont need them tell them to take a hike.. Its a Dock slip not a Home and Legally they cant do nothing about it.

@@movingtothefloridakeys I’ve refused to pay it and they lost in court against me, Its like Charging a HOA on your Car when you rent a Garage, I put a Coin in the Washer when i do my Washing and have a shower on board my boat, All i want is to dock my sail boat nothing more,

@@movingtothefloridakeys I also don’t pay HOA on my home Either… and convinced my whole street to do the same by offering to pay Legal fees if challenged in court, twice we have sued them for Breach of contract and won, They now leave us alone, We have a Community meeting in May where other streets are looking to do the same, The days of HOAs are numbered …
