In this video I go into 2nd prince Camilla's character, nen abilities, Guardian Spirit Beast and kingship potential.
If you'd like to go the extra mile in supporting the channel, do consider becoming a channel member.
As always, thank you very much for watching!
I quote myself: a Supporter thinking she's a Tank, storming the Enemy base and being defeated immedietly is the most HxH Thing ever
😂😂😂😂 I never thought of it that way
I noticed that a lot of Kakin citizens use their nen-abilities through animal-comanions. Those that don't are either members of fringe groups like the mafia or politicians/soldiers who have more contact with the outside world.
My theory is that the legend of the seed-urn ceremony shaped the culture so that people don't view nen as their own abilities but that or their guardian-spirits.
(Also that thing Tserreidnich summoned is NOT a second nen-beast but a typical nen-ability channelled through a summoned construct.)
The more I learn about this family the more it becomes clear to me that Meruem was completely in the right.
Actually made me laugh out loud.
Exactly
Camilla has to be a Specialist. She has similar characteristics with Neon Nostrade and I just can't picture either one training their nen diligently in order to make their nen abilities.
Yo, thanks for bringing that up. I planned to but forgot. Yeah, I don't see her diligently training to master nen over the many years that would require (unless you're a 1 in a 100,000 genius). Her being a Specialist is the most likely possibility.
The mother could actually want Halkenburg to win and just hopes that her eldest daughter will take out some of the bigger powers before falling.
I can see it.
21:33 love how her nen beast tried to act like a saving grace so she'll always have someone to take her down so she never has to be in a bad state because either her resources are depleted or your resources are depleted but either way she lives
Another thing that's got me thinking is what would happen if a Manipulator were to face off against Camilla??? If their controlled person/animal were to kill Camilla, would the actual Manipulator die, or would it just be the controlled people/animals??
And, if SHE were to be placed under control, and was given the order to off herself, would this in effect render her resurrection null and void???
If so, then Manipulators are essentially the rock to her scissors, she would be insta killed if she were to run into a decently competent Manipulator.
She's basically got no defense for an ENTIRE nen type, that's crazy.
Amongst other ways to kill her The requirement for her ability is that she needs to be in zetsu for if to activate. Anyone can basically pull of a kurapika and use IN on a conjured object the only problem is you need to one shot her before she activates Zetsu. So I was thinking something similar to Knov's window opener scream or like kurapika's chains (Super durable) but with knives I.e decapitate her or stab her in the brain with an invisible durable knife strong enough pierce her ten and still kill her instantly.
Something I've been thinking about is that Halkenburg's plan at the moment appears to be sending Benjamin to jail by claiming he is having his soldiers place curses on the Princes by commiting suicide (Basho thinks that is the case, Vict is probably currently possessed and will testify in favor of Halkenburg if there is a trial). That could mean Camila could be cleared of her charge of killing Muse and go free because she could claim Muse also killed himself, and Benjamin would ironically end up convicted for a crime that Camila is actually guilty of (unknown to Halk she is the one who has sent her army on a suicide mission).
This could be incredibly ironic and could actually lead to Halkenburg's downfall and the whole situation in Tier 1 getting worse. Which I think makes sense because Halkenburg seems very well intentioned, but probably not the best judge of character (Halk is friends with Tserriednich)
I wonder what would happen if another person killed the person that killed Camila, would the ability just zero out or would it take the second attackers life instead?
That should absolutely be one of the many potential work-arounds.
I wonder if the ghost girl Nene user could take her body over if one of her family members offed the prince.
Iiiiiinteresting thought. There're a few options, but I think since both abilities are powered via post-mortem nen that Camilla's resurrection would override Misha's manipulation. As in, she wouldn't halt Camilla from reviving and would disappear the moment she did.
Too bad it's very unlikely to be relevant as I don't see the mafia infiltrating tier 1 anytime soon. Anything's possible with nen though.
@@theoverthinker348 i mean the ghost cat isn't automatic so the ability couldn't "revive" the body if it's already holding a soul as a go around of the rules.
Course we also got hakenburg and his nen ability to steal someone's body and give it to one of his men. In that situation just throw her off the ship and since nobody "offed" her she will be taken out instantly.
Or the predator ability from first prince's group if he figured out how her powers work. Could put her in a state of purgatory if a nen creature was the one who ended her and not a person and since it doesn't have a human soul it can't revive her. Or kurapika stealing her power and in her state of zetsu someone does anything. Chrollo too
We really need a tserriednich analysis man 😭😭
Getting back into HxH since the manga is coming back, and thought of something in regards to Camilla. If her GSB is used to control someone, and “The Cat Who Lived a Million Times” activates on death, then could the GSB be eventually used to help with the many weaknesses you brought up by having someone forced to kill her, even working in Zetsu like Tsredd’s ‘alter-ego’ GSB?
It would probably be weak from a manipulation standpoint on its own since Camilla could just kill someone herself if it were something like Shalnark or Illumi’s needles that would leave most powerless, but it could’ve worked for a situation like Camilla wanted in Benjamin shooting her instead of restraining her.
Not sure how likely this is, just a thought, lol.
Her power is jsut as fucked up as it is interesting to speculate on. Like "What if someone bumps her into a trap another person laid" who gets juiced then? Does it have a range limit? Do accidental deaths count? How indirectly can you kill her and still activate the ability? Does it simply count murderous intent in any capacity for juicing someone? Can you do anything to her body during the revival process? If so what if you removed her limb/head before the cat finished juicing someone? Would it be prevented or would she grow a new one? OR would she be revived just WITHOUT that body part? Would the head revive seperately or would she literally become a headless chicken? Can you just freakin put your hand over her mouth while the cat is killing your ally to stop the cat from reviving her???
SO many weird questions, and SO many ways to potentially screw it over, and thats not even accounting for nen abilities that could mess it up, this is purely practical methods!
The only thing I feel sure on is her killing herself doesn't count, otherwise she'd be walking up to everyone persona 3 style. But that adds another question, WHAT IF SHES MANIPULATED INTO SUICIDE VIA NEN?
With how brazen she was with her ability, there's 0 way she can practically win realistically speaking unless she earns a single ounce...no she'd need an EXCEPTIONAL amount of tact to not have her ability abused against her or exploited easily.
The REAL scary concept is if one of the many nen ability thieves on this boat STEALS HER ABILITY. I have a feeling from a writing perspective thats her purpose actually, they all have OODLES of tact and would be beyond horrifying with any sorta free revive ability on hand.
Given her current status, I feel her older brother is first in line to steal her nen.
Her ability is hilariously strong and perfect for a death game as well as someone in the public eye who is at risk of assassination. At the bare minimum her ability guarantees she wont die in a fight, she can lose, but probably can’t die.
she can die, her abillity weakness is people find out about it, if someone find out about it then they can kill her indirectly like letting her starve.
And now that bejamin knows about it she lost her only card
@@glauberbispo8922 I should have clarified, she probably can’t die in a fight, any natural or indirect causes will 100% finish her off.
What if her nen beast resurrects her also from natural deaths?
@@VillaintrigueI read her ability, the life essence stolen from the victim via her post mortem nen ability is transferred directly into her mouth. So I have a question since the only time we see this ability used she died via gunshot what if her body was 100% obliterated through sheer and overwhelming force. Would she still be able to ressurect? Most ressurection abilities don't account for the target missing her head similar to the lazarus pit in the D.C universe.
Yeah, but here's the thing, assuming Camilla will always be brought back from the dead, at the end of the day there will be at least 2 princes alive. Unless she kills herself or her nen gets somehow neutralized before reviving her, this war will never end.
If anime has taught me anything it is that there is no deep-seated psychological issue, trauma, psychosis or personality disorder that headpats cannot fix.
I heard "commit sudoku" and pause the video to laugh 😂😂😂
Camilla's nen would be stupidly threatening if people had no idea she was a nen user, especially if she had a secondary hatsu that wiped the memories of anyone that witnessed it, or had a personal guard that always stuck around her with that ability. People are gunning for her life anyway, so she doesn't need to bait them into trying to kill her, thereby making it obvious that it's a trap. Especially because nen isn't known to the masses, it would be so easyyyy to just put on a naive act and eliminate several assassins with nobody knowing how it happened, basically giving her the best defense imaginable in a death game like this. That said, she'd probably still be screwed when it came to Benjamin, because his spy guard would probably be able to report that he knows Camilla has nen, even if he doesn't know her hatsu, meaning Benjamin would be on his guard for some weird nonsense from Camilla herself and not just her GSB, and when guards come back missing memories and others have died by unknown causes, especially after learning her GSB's ability, he'd realize something's up, so I guess she loses there either way.
But even disregarding her losing matchup with Benjamin, Camilla's personality prevents her from doing anything smart like this in the first place lmao. Easily one of the lowest contenders for actually winning. Also, just from a writing perspective, "invincible" abilites like these are always introduced to show how they can be worked around, and people in the comments here have already demonstrated a dozen ways to likely bypass her conditions.
She’s amazing, she’s the strongest, she’s the greatest of all time, she’s god, she shall be king, if put in conflict she shall win without trouble.
You are her internal monologue.

WE'RE RECOVERING FROM HIATUS WITH THIS ONE🗣️
I hope we get more after the adopted step child coming up.
Do you have any predictions on which prince will survive. Also do you ever plan on doing a transmuter video to follow the nen trend? Great stuff!
I do, and I may make a video on the topic sometime in the future.
Sorry, I'm not sure what "nen trend" you're referring to. I have a few videos focusing on transmutation though: the video in the New Nen Info series specifically talking about the new info we got on various transmuters from about a year ago and an older one where I postulate that Transmutation is the best combat oriented nen category (I've changed my mind in the meantime).
@@theoverthinker348 I should’ve been more specific but I was looking at your videos about why some nen types are the best or worst. Although transmutation is in a bit of an awkward spot, being not the best or worst for combat so idk how that would go in your format. There’s just so many interesting transmuters! I’ll check out those videos
Anyway thank you and have a good day 🙏🙏 New subscriber
@@pingutune Thanks!
I haven't forgotten about it, I definitely will do a ranking, just not sure when. If I stop doing this series after the 3rd prince then probably a bit sooner. I played with the notion of that video being a 5k sub special, but that's a long ways off.
@@theoverthinker348 I hope you get more subscribers!! Cheers 🙏
@@theoverthinker348All you really need to do is the first five princes + 9th Prince because they are the real players in the succession war.
Then you can go back to your Nen category breakdowns.
Terror sandwich would be the worst prince because he is intelligent and nen talented alongside being diabolical, “Cammy” is just diabolical.
camilla went for benjamin because he is the noly one who she doesnt have any bodyguards monitoring him because of the rank hierchy chart of queens and bodyguard so she cant easily curse him... her ability is not strong if you want to beat her but its very tricky if you want to ""kill"" her to achieve the condition of the succession war because you need a specific hatsu and knowledge of the conditions and limitations of her hatsu..for example does an indirect kill still count as a kill... two people simultaniously delieve the killing blow can that '' break '' the ability..can you destroy her body after she dies or does she fully regenerate like the terminator...can she be manipulated into killing herself or does the ability still detect the manipulator..so many possibilities but my biggest prediction is that her killer will have be killed or commit suicide instantly after killing her which to deny the cat from the lifeforce needed to revive her which will be ironic since her plan is for her guard to sacrifice themself so itll be someone sacrificing himself to kill her
Banger Video Mate
Top content right here 🥳
I liked this one even better than the Benjamin one.
great vid as usual
re: thumbnail
content: don't tell me what to do.
i can't fix her but she can make me worse
Hell ye
i'll fix her
You'll die trying.
No Tserriednich video? that does not make sense.
Great Video!!!
