- New Jack came through for his first-ever VladTV interview, and he opened up about the violence he witnessed between his parents growing up, including watching his dad stab and shoot his mother for cheating. He went on to speak about his wrestling career and being depicted as a "villain" that hated white people in the beginning, which New Jack revealed led to him having to be escorted by police for protection from angry fans. New Jack also addressed the scandals in his career, including cutting Mass Transit's forehead, stabbing Hunter Red 9 times, and dating the ex-wife of fellow wrestler Gold Dust. I should have said court or church clothes considering the times we live in. It's just he reminds me so much of me in so many ways and those are the type of clothes I had for a while specifically for court appearances accept my suit was light blue. chosen to be as unthreatening as possible. I once offered to treat new Jack or Jerome to some coke if he was ever in Pasco County. I don't even do the stuff, can't stand it even. It makes me feel terrible afterwards but it would be such an honor and probably a relief to sit with a man who has made so much of himself After experiencing so much grief, betrayal, and suffering.

When Vlad first called him, he hung up on him because he said he didn't pay for interviews. 🤣🤣 He called back the next day and paid him-- but the man answered the same 4-5 of questions hundreds of times over and over. He was expecting questions about the riots and what was going on in the world now, only to get the same damn questions again. 🤦♀️ That's why his answers are short, he's irritated. He came in the door and said this muthaf watched darkside and we did that over again. Vlad could've made thos a great interview. Smh

I've met him and talked to him personally and he is my all time favorite wrestler of all time. I can sympathize and understand him completely. Good guy got dealt a bad hand and has a bad rep but hes such a kind person in real life.
I met him in 2000 and found it hard to believe this same guy was one of the most feared and violent wrestlers ever. Very calm demeanor, funny, and answered the questions I had with no problem. I looked around and saw people looking at him with this starstruck look on their faces. I knew for sure that they were hard core New Jack fans. I would’ve loved to be his tag team partner for just one match.
