He said that some people are born with these sociopathic tendencies, but the environment determines how it is used. For example, someone without a stable home may fall in to a life of crime, but someone with a stable home and loving parents may become something dangerous like a firefighter. Of course, that’s only one example.

One of Vlad's best interviews EVER. The only one that can top this or match it is the second Azie Faison interview. Both Glaze and Azie are fantastic storytellers that keep you engaged from start to finish. No manufactured thuggery, no faux toughness and no embellishing. Just men telling their story. I very rarely watch an entire Vlad interview and this is one of them. A lot of these other guys are just clips and sound bites worthy.

Being incarcerated for 23 years. You have plenty of time to look over things and see them for what they really are. Glaze is as real as it gets. I share his mindset. It's all part of the game that nobody seems to look at. That's why when you get in, you got to know when to get out, if it's not too late. People need to understand that if you get into the drug game whether you’re a man, female, old or young, these are some of the repercussions that come along with participating in the game. I’m not trying to victim blame, but if I’m in the game (dealing, robbing, kidnapping, killing, etc.) why would I bring any of my love ones around the shit? Vlad can’t compare a college graduate professional basketball player or a young rapper who’s really not from the streets way of dealing with remorse, to a guy that was deep up to his neck in the game that killing was part of his method of survival... A lot of folks get on these comment boxes and pass judgment, but truly don’t know the codes of the streets! The reason why Glaze is not worried about anybody retaliating the murders that he’s committed is because the family members that are still living ain’t about that life, so they’re not going to cross that threshold! If you don’t like the heat, stay your ass out the kitchen!
