Don’t let Richard touch this awesome K5! Love what you do Dennis. Classy. You are the exact opposite of your buddy Richard. Keep doing what you are doing. Love this stuff and your presentations.
If I won the lotto I would buy that truck in a heartbeat. Beautiful blazer.
An absolute time capsule. I love hearing about the history of these barn finds.
Beautiful truck. The original owner definitely had some pride in his stuff, amazing
ya, but rememner it was locked away in a barn for years .... that is what preserved that truck .... it was hardly driven
What a waste
I couldn’t do your job. I would keep everything. Would break my heart to see it go. 😀👍
Can't take it with you 😏
@@GOBRADON502 why not ?
Man. I love your salesmanship. Your product knowledge is to be admired.
Cameron Myers It’s next to impossible to find more than a handful of individuals on the planet that has the knowledge, the passion, the experience, etc for not just cars or automobiles but who actually has the same passion for learning everything they can about their career.
And yes, it is very much to be admired. I don’t want to talk this way, but when we start losing these few people, this world will wake up one morning and find out what they have taken for granted all these years that they say on the sidelines and took the easy ride. What I would do or would have done, to work for Dennis and be the biggest sponge possible whenever he would be talking!! That would actually be priceless in my opinion. I hope all his techs thank the Lord every night they go home from a hard, hot day in his shop knowing they get to learn from arguably one of the smartest men in our history in the automotive arena!!
Nice rig. Cruise control was not available on a manual transmission on that year, or power windows and door locks, 1977 first year. You will have no problem selling it Dennis, perfect sheet metal. Enjoy your channel and knowledge.
@@1982MCI you do understand he Google's the make and model and does research prior to presentation. First and foremost he is a salesman, to successfully sell a product you must know the product. Vehicles are just a way to make a living to him.
Redneck of course I understand that he will do some research depending upon the vehicle but Dennis is far more than a salesman, he actually has a passion for vehicles and has retained knowledge from a lifetime of researching and rebuilding and selling that he’s the one probly selling the info to google for the rest of the world to pull up.
He doesn’t need to google many automobiles because it’s already been logged and stored in that head of his long before google was a thought in someone’s dream and I’m sure he has forgotten more about our domestic automobiles than google can ever have programmed into her.
And vehicles are much more than just a way to make a living to him, they are his life and it just happens to have given him a very nice income that is well deserved. He is so much more than a used car salesmen, sorry
My Father bought a new '72 K5 when i was 5. He kept it for years, and i still remember it well. School bus yellow with a black top. This one is so cool, a few months later, here I am watching it again. Thank y'all for this one!
That wheel/tire combo is perfect
Been stored for 30 years “ look how crisp everything is. Absolutely incredible condition”
Beautifully preserved. Great to see the original documentation still in good condition. Not just a truck but a story too!
I have a 74 K5 Blazer and it has been a family favorite, loved by all and it shows its age ,I'm envious that you found one so original, WOW
I'm a chevy guy..an absolutely love the K5 ERA.. MY DAD owned one an i ways thought is was so cool... love it
Absolute dream truck. That thing should be in a museum. Or my garage.
I really appreciate how he values paperwork and the history of these vehicles.
This truck is incredible! Truly a classic!
Cool truck. i just started my channel where I take trucks up into the mountains to wreck em. Hope I can make a few people laugh!
Thanks to Dennis Collins’ enthusiasm my new sayings are “Super Crisp” and “Absolutely Incredible” 😂 love this guy 🤘🏼such passion!
Ooo. The truck is a real monster. So love it. The great county can make the trucks!!! So proud!!
Dennis, of all the times you've said holy grail how did this truck not earn that badge! Cool find, great video, really great how you point out the finer details on things to look for.
John M. Because it’s crisp, lol
Beautiful blazer! My heart skipped a beat when I saw the first video. It reminded of my neighbor Mr Preciado who had a 1977 in a sky blue color. I was 12 at the time when his would pick me up in it and we would head out to the mud races in Laredo ,Tx. I love that blazer so much he told me son, when you get your driver's license I will let you have the blazer. He passed on when I was 14 and the blaze got sold a few years later.
Dennis, in all my years I never realized what the square holes in the center console were until I saw how the lap belt buckles were being stored. Thanks for brining this classic to us!!
For never being waxed and just being washed twice it is extremely clean
It’s a miracle that are still trucks and cars like that,to have a vehicle like that it’s has the colors red, white, and blue written on it. To keep it like that its pride and Joy hell yeah 🤙🤙🤙😎🇺🇸
These were always my favorite 4x4s I had one and sure wish I had it back
Thanks for making sure vehicles like this are preserved.
Great video Dennis, I seen when you guys picked it up as well. One thing I like about your videos is how professional you are when talking to the sellers, and you never say what you are paying for the cars you buy, super cool no boasting or bragging just straight business. Really enjoy you videos and knowledge.
My dad had a ‘74 Chevy C10 Cheyenne Super. That chrome trim around the instrument cluster was always coming off. He tried glues and tape, but finally just pulled it off. Cool truck!
Reminds me of my 75 Chevy k5 full removable top last year..love this video.
Dang! that's ridiculously nice. My ol' Blazer is a Frankenstein of many trucks put together. I've always dreamed of what it looked like off the showroom floor.
Dennis, very nice truck, brings back memories, I graduated in 1976, I bought a new 1977 1/2 ton 4wd, Cheyenne stepside... I hope who ever buys your K5 takes good care of it...
That blazer is just beautiful. I've always wanted one lol
So, watching this 2 years later I cant help but wonder, did you keep this for yourself? You seemed quite enamored with it, and rightfully so. I love this show. Don't ever stop rescuing amazing vehicles..
nothing like a chevy 4 speed love it 350 bad to the bone
That truck is incredible. What an unbelievable find. Essentially a brand new 1974 Blazer. Someone will get a dream truck for sure. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful find
I'd give it a paint correction and shampoo the carpet and leave it as is. Unrestored classics are my favorite.
Unrestored? Lol what could you restore on it?...it's a gem and it sold for 85k
I dont think there is any correction to be done. its showroom mint
Love the detail you guys put into each build and the knowledge and information you provide is an education within it's self!!
Seeing this truck brings back my childhood when my grandfather had one
Best K5 I’ve ever even heard of from that era Congratulations Dennis.
Beautiful!
Love the pillarless doors 👌
That truck is absolutely beautiful man good score 💪
Absolutely amazing. This is like rare fine crafted jewelry. Thank you Dennis.
Love the Blazer, the shirt not so much! ;)

Get up in the morning go to work and enjoy what you do so cool to see a successful business. That's really cool to find those vehicles that people trust you when they sell them to you that they know you'll do them right. Live life their man you're doing great
Mr. Dennis again it's a real joy to see this true time capsule of a vehicle, In a few words I'm personally speechless of what beautiful things to say about your blessed purchase...I strongly advise you to keep it! These types of vehicles that should be kept in plastic capsule and stays within the family to be inherited and to win awards....I truly wish you all the best, Again congratulations on your purchase
That's my dream K5 soooo clean. I only wish..
Truck is awesome Dennis! Thanks for the video!
That was my first BLAZER same color with A T put 4in lift and 35's on it BACK THEN IT GOT ALL THE LOOKS FUN TRUCK HOPE THEY BRING IT BACK!
That is beyond cool Dennis. I have a cousin that had a early 70’s. Brazer like this one. Thanks for sharing 😊👍🏻
I had a 76...loved it. Thing would go anywhere.
TIME CAPSULE !!!! Dennis is the MAN
Dennis is in Love , he's keeping this truck for sure
Its sooo pristine, holy cheese. I'd be afraid to drive it though.
I feel like I would drive the wheels off of it, but I am an idiot so there's that. \m/
What a truck!!!! Nice work Dennis. Love your content and vehicles!
In 1978 I was given by my father an ex Gas Co. service truck - a 1974 Dodge w/ utility bed. He said the other truck he looked at was a 1974 Blazer but the Dodge had less rust. Keep in mind this is PA and cars rusted after only 3 years in the snow and salt. As an 18 yr old, I still would have took the Blazer!
The only older cars i really care about are survivors. I think its the charm, the story and honesty of them.
Those Blazer interior colours are awesome.
I love this Truck
Thanks Dennis for sharing.
Absolutely Beautiful K5 Blazer !! The U.S Army used those
Excellent video. Beautiful truck. Thanks for the update. 😊
Hey Dennis, love the channel. I’ve been waiting for the update on this thing. This is easily one of the best vehicles you’ve had on here.
Great video. Love your coffee walk love on a Friday. Keep up the good work. These are fascinating for someone from the u.k. your car knowledge is second to none.
That truck is.... crispy! Great video, thanks for sharing Dennis !
One of the best things that ever happened to that Blazer, is that they got rid of that Quadrajunk.
Any car from this era in this condition is special. It's literally like a time capsule and you're transported directly to that era.
For that car, built with lack of pride by GM, you'd be lucky to find one in that good of shape at 6 months old.
Thanks for the follow-up video!
YOU NEED YOUR OWN TV SHOW
For me the best Blazer are the 69-75 with the full convertible removable top !
This one is absolutely gorgeous!
❤ what a beautiful truck I wish it was mine
New adjective for unrestored classics: “crisp”!
Yeah really...
Absolutely beautiful blazer
Absolutely amazing truck! Nice find !
No words. Just amazing.
Wow, what a find. That 350 is damn near indestructible.
I drove a '70 K5 in High School and am amazed by this truck. Very cool!!💯😎🌴
Such a beautiful truck!!🔥🔥
If there is one word to describe this awesome K5 it would have to be “Crisp”!
Great memories of a 74 K5 my uncle had. Many trips to the PA Bradford Co. mountains hunting and fishing or towing snowmobiles to play in the snow. The blazer was a tank. We carried a wench to get around a few obstacles on some crazy back roads or perhaps old fire roads no vehicle had been on in 20-30 plus years. Sitting in the back seat was tough on the older guys but as youngsters we never minded bouncing around. I was lucky enough to drive that manual-remembering starting out in 2nd b/c 1st was low. By far this 74 you have best original I have seen. Thanks for taking me back.
Saw that pop up on BaT but didn’t realize it was yours. Haven’t had time to check out the listing yet but definitely will.
It’s gonna go for ALL. THE. MONEY. As it should.
Thanks for saving another icon @Dennis!
This is awesome. With 2 days to go it is at $38,000.00 on the auction site and worth every penny and more. Good luck with the sale Dennis.
Blazer is amazing! That’s a dream buy! Your so lucky.
What a beautiful truck. I’d love to have something like that. Amazing.
Really cool seeing somebody enjoy the hell out of it after so many years
Beautiful well built 1974 k5 blazer
Outstanding Mr Collins 👏.

I thought my dad was the only guy who didn't like power windows. I never understood that. What a fabulous truck!
Wow! That is a beautiful K5
A 1 of 1 truck, without a doubt. Such an amazing rig. I could sit and bullshit with Dennis for days, love all the knowledge and enthusiasm about every vehicle he's showing
What a beauty.
Makes me fall in love my 75 k5 even more.
I also have a quick short video how it looks.
