That looks like it feels good. I got rid of plantar fasciitis by rolling a golf ball under my foot, with a sock on, on a carpeted floor. Read this in a mag they used to sell at the grocery checkout. It worked.
I can empathize with her regarding it being a good kind of pain. I had plantar fasciitis for a few months and no amount of stretching seemed to help. It hurt when I walked, ran, sat down or stood up. Tennis balls and soda cans did nothing. I finally happened upon one of those massage cylinders at Walmart with the nodules on it and that was what resolved my issue. It was equal parts pain and relief mixed together! Seeing this gentleman would have probably been easier in the long run.
Purchase a 25 cent rubber ball from a gumbball machine and roll your foot on it. You can determine how much pressure to use. Ive used this and recommended it to family and friends. Its worked for me as well as them.
Love this stuff. Also for those with flat feet. Sled pulls are amazing to redevelop the arch. Crazy how much of a “foot and ankle” pump it was when I first did it.
@@teddyg210 yep. Kneesovertoes guy has the exercises. Took me awhile but my skin looks deflated now around here it used to be stretched “flat”. Not a crazy huge arch but it’s nice to not have duck feet and stiff ankles/full squat depth again.
Oooh ive had this done after spraining the inside on my foot, an eversion sprain. Once healed it had lost some flexibiltiy and was still sensitive. You could feel this bumpy material, almost washboardy under my foot in the arch. I was told it was scar tissue built up, and we had to break it down. Out came this tool. Also hands and i have a hand massager thing. I recoiled every time they'd go to work on it. You can hear it bump across, almost like running a finger over corduroy. But once it was all done it felt much better. So 100% worth it.
I used to get really bad Plantar fasciitis. The best footwear I`ve found are foot rockers like Hoka`s, Brooke`s trainers or you could try Asics Gel Kayanos. Get a foot assessment to see what brand of footwear is best for your feet.
My solution that worked was massaging the calf muscle, sounds wrong but it worked for me, and hasnt come back. My back story was it developed from my rollerblading sport. Definitely worth a try for anyone with this painful condition. I had it for months, researching the net, tried all the tennis ball methods etc... best of luck all, yours might have different solution...

Had PF for 11 years. Bone spurs are starting to form. Talks are of cortisone shots. No alt treatments considered or proffered, not until I found this. Ordering a scraper from Amazon in the next few days.
Had plantar about 10 years ago, cured it in one day! I do extreme challenges. This one was to lift one million pounds and run 26.2 miles in 24 hours! I ran 2.2 miles at the top of every hour for 12 hours and lifted the remaining 45 minutes of the hour. Finished in 12 hours, my feet were swollen but the next day the plantar was gone and never returned.
I've had Plantar Fasciitis for a number of years now I've tried everything.. I'm beginning to think its more than Plantar Fasciitis for 3 weeks it's been the worst I've ever felt it and I'm actually crying no matter what I do
Was the same way, took me many years to fix, I think it is caused by tight hips which changed your stride and the way you walk or run as your body avoids painful or tight muscles.. It was so bad it used to wake me up every morning
She's beautiful, she could be my dentist any day... She has good pain tolerance... I had a planter wart and tried all those burning creams that never worked.. I started massageing around it and it went in two days.. Gone. The wonder of massage...
He’s working that painful spot on her right foot - inside arch and toward the heel - ouch! Especially when he pushed back on the toes and she locked the knee. That’s just torture. My feet are tight and I get cramps all the time. It sucks. I use a lacrosse ball to massage my arches. I have tight calves that run into my knee which gives me knee pain. He did a good job. I have to get this done. 👍
It feels great until the next day.....plantar fasciitis does not go away after one day treatment. I had it and it took me about 2 yrs of treating it before it went away completely.
The dentist place I went to throughout my childhood and early adulthood was notorious for hiring hot dentists that were borderline models lol. Rumour has it that after the lead dentist who founded the place (also happening to be the father of one of my childhood friends) divorced from his wife, he started hiring dentist technicians partly based on attractiveness and may have hooked up with a couple of them…
it would be a pleasure getting a root canal from her. [until the bill came]. one must have priorities. seriously i have had pf also, its really hard to get rid of.
I had plantar fasciitis and then I had a plantar tear. What's funny is I had the tear mowing the grass and not doing anything dynamic. If you ever have a tear you laugh when someone says something like, but you don't understand I have foot pain.
What is the problem with flat feet? I have the opposite and have problems with high pressure on the heels. Thinking the pressure should be distributed over a larger area with flat fert
If you have a chance, please tell her to get some frankincense oil and massage that into the bottom of her foot. That healed my planner fasciitis. Nothing else worked.

Liked, added to a playlist and shit. Just one question: how did her feet smell? 🤔 lol
Any chance you have a counterpart in Miami?
She is very pain-tolerant. Usually with that metal piece for foot rubbing, the pain intensifies as it applies a lot more pressure than the human hand.

Thank you so much for this. I am in constant pain and after viewing so many videos to relieve pain, your way of massaging helped my foot the most.
