The cool thing about Dr Brenda is that she’s VERY focused on the specific problems the patient has. Some chiros on RUclips do the exact same thing every time, with some gimmick. Not DrB. She’s a warm, intelligent and caring pro. Her videos are great, her family is great and the work she does makes the world a better place. Thank you DrB!
My chiropractor would only spend like 5 minutes on you, then send you on your way. I'm sitting like "really..you just pop my back 3 times" and charge me $200.
Fantastic as always. You have the best patients. "Crack me like a glow stick please"... "I want to be in pain" "Safeword" "I loved it"... great sense of humor. Good to see people who have been watching for a while - think they know what to expect and still get surprised. Thanks for the education. Positive energy cannot be contained!
I would pass out...literally. knocked out. My son hugged really hard one day and then I realized how knotted up my back was...it felt so good being tightly squeezed... I had him massage my back and literally wanted to cry cause it felt so good... I think every human should get this done very often.
I had one friend (a guy, I'm a woman) maaaany years ago who was rather short in stature. But he said I was the only one who could crack his back "just right." I'd have him cross his arms, give him a huge bear hug and LIFT him quickly, and crack crack crack! LOL Maybe I should have gone into chiropractic!
I had a co worker who when he hugged me my back cracked so I’d wait every other Monday to get it cracked by him 😂 I didn’t wanna get it done too much so when I was just tired and worn out by work for the weeks the back crack would such a good one!

And this is what being treated like a patient with individual problems is like. Looking over the comments, it seems like many others have used the same Chiros as I have. The type that do the same set of adjustments, doesn't really matter what is wrong. To back this up, I have a friend who goes to Life University (Chiro College) and has told me that there is a set of adjustments that are "go tos". I believe these are the chiros who charge less, but also only work on you for about 10 minutes or less. You are made to be a returning customer forever. A legit chiro (Like Dr Brenda here), is what you want to find. Be sure to see who really wants to help you.
do it. I drive 4 HOURS to and from my chiro each and every week and it has been absolutely life changing and more than worth it. I cry of relief almost every time
I recommend using one of those S-shaped massage sticks. You need to be able to relax the muscle. And that's hard if you tense up from the pain. You can train your pain tolerance so that you're able to relax even when it's brutal deep tissue massage. It may take months of regular self massage, but it's well worth doing. Once you're able to tolerate more of that kind of specific pain(different tissues have different pain tolerances) you could get more out a professional massage, as you're able to stay relaxed. If the massage is so hard you can't relax it's far less effective. When you massage yourself just be conscious of keeping the muscle relaxed and not flexed and you'll be able to find the right amount of pressure to apply without tensing up.
I appreciate how Dr Mondragon finds the root of the problem where pain can radiate into a different area. Love this patient’s positive attitude towards the treatment.
I fell when i was 8 and injured my lower back really bad. I had bounced from chiropractor to chiropractor for years, then i found the one for me. In three one hour sections i was finally pain free. I thought i would have to live with the back pain for the rest of my life. The funny part is that the chiropractors i went to where male and the miracle worker was a female. When you find the chiropractor that is right for you, you will feel free. It has been almost 8yrs and i just now starting to feel tightness and a bit of pain back in my lower back and honesty its my own fault cuz i know my posture is poor. Side note: at the time of my getting sections i didn't stop going of my own choosing, my insurance changed and she wasn't accepting what i had at the time but was in the process of trying too, then i moved and lost contact with her. Ill definitely be looking her up tomorrow and hoping covid didn't affect her being a small business owner.
This reminds me of when I had been going to my chiropractor for months with hip pain and all they ever wanted to work on was my lower back. When they finally listen to me they tried my hips and found out that the tention was all pin point in my hips right above my thigh. I can only imagine the relief this girl felt when shes been dealing with this for years.

Go see a real doctor. Chiropractors are temporary fixes to permanent problems... They will 'adjust you' and forget to tell you to go exercise to make sure the muscles and bones are used to the new positions so you can then have more and more problems thus causing you to go back to them. This is so cool! It's exactly how my mom fixes us but this helps me understand why she does what she does. She doesn't have that scraping tool so she'll use a quarter instead.
I wish I could have that done. I’ve had A Harrington Rod surgery so supposedly I can never ever be adjusted😔 . My back already hurts often and since my surgery I’ve been in 2 car accidents AND fell in the freezer at my job. I’ve had a sacroiliac joint fusion this year as well. My back, hips, and neck hurt so bad. I would love that.
I’ve actually done it when I was like 12-13 or something like that when I had scoliosis! Was so scared, but didn’t really feel much after the cracks, first adjustment I was like whoa LOL but then the rest, it was at ease! You should definitely go!
The Lady in the video is so very 100% true there's no one else like you. And she is so correct most of the time when you go to the chiropractor and I've only been a few times. They give you a couple of cracks on your neck, They push on each side of your shoulder where the blade area is and you get a crack. And maybe they will put you on your side and have you lift up your leg egg and crack your back that you always do there at the very ending that's about it. They explain a couple of things to you but then they never really seemed to fix it the way you do. I'm glad you were able to help her miss Brenda you are wonderful they need million more chiropractors like you that can do all the things you do one for each state
First time looking at a chiropractor and when you reveal the tool that had the bruises I was like, "this is normal this is normal this is normal.... 0_0" honestly this is amazing!
I love your patient's vibe 😁 because I'd probably feel the same way and be like "crack me like a glow stick" 😆 if I were able to get an adjustment by you Doc.
"i want to be in a pain tbh".. me who almost every year get a massage would relate very much. And i like it. How i wish my posture & shoulder be corrected as well.
Man I really wish I could get treated by her, all her customers look so satisfied and relaxed. my lower back just keeps getting more and more unbearable everyday. i blame myself though, i have bad posture which i think is the main cause but UGH i just want it gone
if you really want it gone then do something about it - and not tomorrow, start today! change your posture, start doing yoga or stretching, work out and gain some muscles (that also helps a lot for better posture) and most important when you work at a desk remember to get up regularly, staying in one position for too long is extremely unhealthy for the body and i knoooow it's a lot of effort but just 15 minutes of stretching per day can completely change your life and it's absolutely worth it, speaking from experience :)
there are posture bands/correctors you can buy for quite cheap to wear in the beginning if your posture is really that bad, i’ve found they help a lot since my biggest problem was just forgetting to straighten my back and hunching subconsciously
@@69cheesyfries hey, that's awesome! getting started is the hardest part so congratulations ;D just try to be consistent from now on that's by far the most important thing... you don't have to do super long workouts every day just try to stick to a schedule and don't drop it for 1 or 2 weeks... i don't know where you live and if that's a possibility but seeing a physiotherapist for example could help you with getting tips on which exercises you should concentrate on, if that's not a possibility then there are a lot of guides and videos on the internet that try to explain everything and which exercises might be best for you... it's a lot at the beginning but the more you get into it the easier it gets and who knows maybe at some point you will have fun finding out about new exercises etc. - at least that was the case for me haha
does one need a chiropractor if they think their shoulders are lopsided? Like they aren't symmetrical? Or is that something that's just based on one's anatomy?💀

It gets easier when you just consider it as a limited ball point :)
@@nootnoot8434 the scapula is such a complex shape though. Do you draw scapulas as being round from the back?
@@Stanzafly i draw the shoulder as a round object and then set the arm on top of it
I like your Raine pfp
I've given up on my back at this point. Every time I see a chiro or massage therapist they can't believe the knots in my back. My back causes migraines and no can fix it. If I was still in FL I would totally give her a try.
She did all that in one session but my chiropractor wants me to keep visiting her and the adjustments she does barely takes 5 mins every sesh. What suggestions would you give when finding the right chiropractor who can do a lot more adjustment in one visit?
^^ I feel this i was expecting so much more when I went to see a chiropractor
Depending where you are from maybe try osteopath
And the awesome thing is you could see she wanted to keep going!
This is so cool! It's exactly how my mom fixes us but this helps me understand why she does what she does. She doesn't have that scraping tool so she'll use a quarter instead.
this patient seems to be really into the alignment process.
I would love that.
life really has it out for you huh 😭
I'll be so scared to get adjusted. I feel ima get paralyzed and that the adjustment hurts.
I’ve actually done it when I was like 12-13 or something like that when I had scoliosis! Was so scared, but didn’t really feel much after the cracks, first adjustment I was like whoa LOL but then the rest, it was at ease! You should definitely go!
It is a risk, make sure to see a reputable chiropractor or massage therapist. Cheaper is not better in this case!
I wonder if this woman sings. She has a great crackly voice and tone. Love it 😊😊
Either that she smokes 🚬 🤣😊 still a great tone to her voice 😊
“I didn’t know you were in Florida”
Me who lives in Florida who has back problems: oh?
my reaction exactly
props to women and their high pain tolerance... I could never
Still a dream to go to her one day, I've gone to several chiropractors and have never seen a chiropractor like her before
In case it's not just me who only watches these videos for the cracks: 5:44 is when the cracking starts :)
Thank you!
thanks so much
Tysm it’s so satisfying
Nope nope nope I would be terrified of accidentally getting my neck broken
BLESS
I love your patient's vibe 😁 because I'd probably feel the same way and be like "crack me like a glow stick" 😆 if I were able to get an adjustment by you Doc.
"i want to be in a pain tbh".. me who almost every year get a massage would relate very much. And i like it. How i wish my posture & shoulder be corrected as well.
Man I really wish I could get treated by her, all her customers look so satisfied and relaxed. my lower back just keeps getting more and more unbearable everyday. i blame myself though, i have bad posture which i think is the main cause but UGH i just want it gone
if you really want it gone then do something about it - and not tomorrow, start today! change your posture, start doing yoga or stretching, work out and gain some muscles (that also helps a lot for better posture) and most important when you work at a desk remember to get up regularly, staying in one position for too long is extremely unhealthy for the body
and i knoooow it's a lot of effort but just 15 minutes of stretching per day can completely change your life and it's absolutely worth it, speaking from experience :)
@@anilaturina lol ive been trying to do some things for a while now, i do hope they work. thanks for the advice!
there are posture bands/correctors you can buy for quite cheap to wear in the beginning if your posture is really that bad, i’ve found they help a lot since my biggest problem was just forgetting to straighten my back and hunching subconsciously
- at least that was the case for me haha
hey is your profile picture sam from let’s play
Does anyone know of a practitioner like this in the UK, able to deal with deep knots & fascia issues, as well as adjustments? Thank you!
Also from UK wanting something like this!
From UK too ! Defo want to know
also uk hahah
I wan’t to know too!
She needs to do a tour to the uk haha
Your face/head congestion videos are my favorites! I would love to see the session with the gua sha comb!
I second this! They are the best.
Wow, she’s so tiny. I can certainly relate to chronic shoulder issues. Glad she was able to experience some relief. Great work, Doc 👌🏽
Not really tiny. The rest of you 'muricans are just giants! 🍩🍔🍟
does one need a chiropractor if they think their shoulders are lopsided?
Like they aren't symmetrical? Or is that something that's just based on one's anatomy?💀

“So many people are looking down at their phones” Me: *slowing moves phone up watching this as if Dr. Mondragon is watching me*
Just found this miracle worker but was in Orlando this time last year... Hopefully will come visit soon cause after having 4 kids, I can only imagine how much this will help my overall well-being!
The only chiropractor channel I watch, always so informative
The back scraping part freaked me out.
What is that ????
Increase the blood flow
Yeah me too, now my back hurts and itches like crazy because of that part (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻
Someone like this just needs to come to my dance studio- like- we're all just moving bundles of muscle knots I swear-
This is totally ASMR. TOTALLY! Alternative high quality ASMR 👏👏👏
This woman is like do whatever you want. She's been suffering a long time. She trust this lady and knows she's in good hands. I need all same things for my spine, neck and head
I love watching these videos! It's always been my dream to become a chiropractor. I'm a beautician and pedicure but my speciality is massaging and love doing that, but I've always wanted to become a chiropractor, unfortunately the requirements in our country for the education with me being a mom makes it nearly impossible to become one, to bad!
Don't give up!! Hopefully one day you can be a amazing chiropractor :) I believe in you!!
I've been in the weirdest sides of the Tubes... This is a new one.. it's fascinating and I'm here for it
Her saying "working from home is the worst", this is the most untrue statement. Working from home is the best.
honestly looks like the most comfortable thing in the world rn
ive been watching this channel thinking about how I could get an appointment and I just realized Id be way too shy if I met her. lmao😅😊
This looks like it feels delicious I’m literally over here drooling
Did she really just Crack her back by pulling her back skin?! This looks like it feels amazing - I've had back and shoulder pain for 20+ years
I'm not usually one to admire an outfit but your entire ensemble here is 👌 *_chef's kiss_*
Trying to channel some spooky vibes 🎃
@@MondragonChiropractic you looked very pretty doctor mondragon.
Dr Mondragon is so cool she could do an elbow drop from a steel cage and probably make my back feel awesome
God I need this lady to crack my back like a glow-stick lmaooo
I feel like I’m in the same boat. Every chiropractor only cracks and use the Tens Units. My shoulders and neck are my main issues too. The ones I’ve been to can never adjust my back.
yes, Ive been watching for years and I live in florida, only about an hour and some change away, I want to get an appointment for my 50th birthday in January :)
Florida??? Where?!? 🤩 This sciatic nerve is killin me 😩 I had the same experience that she described with the chiropractor not really listening and just rushing me in and out. Chiropractic massage seems soooo helpful to adjust everything.
Dang, the Windows are super reflective today. I was wondering why Linnea was outside at 5:35 but then I realized it was her reflection 😂😂😂
👀
I’d give anything so you could help me get rid of this chronic back pain that’s terrible. Everyday is a struggle 😢
I swear, every patient that comes in there is either drop dead gorgeous or extremely handsome! lol.. I need to move to Florida!
Girl no!! Have you read/watched the news?! Floridians are notoriously crazy!! 😂😂
She only shows off the hot for clicks lol

The scratchy metal thing 😖I couldn’t
Is a chiropractor needed only when there's pain involved?
Not always, sometimes it's not pain, it's an uncomfortable feeling. Just my opinion though 🤷🏻♀️
I think pain, discomfort and restricted movement are all acceptable reasons for a chiropractic visit.
Nope.
@@atyourbesturluv.7106 oh okay
There are lots of reasons, I think some people get improvement from fatigue, bad posture, emotional tension, stored trauma etc.
Me watching this wishing we had that in Germany too..
Just visit a chiropractor
