They recently replaced the chainer model support with spandrel, which adds support for a lot of new upscalers (pretty much all models on openmodeldb are supported now).

Hello Mehrad! I manually keep track of updates and custom nodes, usually from GitHub or Reddit. I use Notion for this. There used to be a ComfyUI Blog, but it hasn't been updated since September 2023.
@mehradbayat9665 Hello Mehrad, yes, for GitHub, I use the watch feature to keep track of updates on projects. You can also follow project owners. For Reddit, r/comfyui, is a good community to join. Most custom node creators announce their project there. Notion is a note taking app which I use to gather the data. The official ComfyUI blog post is here: blog.comfyui.ca. Hope this helps.
