She has a Social anxiety disorder, something that is really hard to live through and ends mostrly with depression. Not only did she found someone that understands her but also hes able to keep up with it.

Normally Tadano wouldn't know just by such small sound or noise. But Najimi will always use high voice the moment phone up and Komi are his closet along with Najimi so if he didn't call Najimi then Komi.
It also could be the caller ID. People sometimes hit the wrong contact on accident without realizing, and with him being so sick, he probably wasn't paying attention. He thought Najimi was who he called until he noticed a very non-Najimi voice on the other end, looked at the phone and bam, Komi.
Actually she’s not that innocent…beside her lack of communication skill…everything else inside is a normal girl..haha and actually between her and tadano…she’s the agressive one 🤣
