This can't be real... someone with a V plow that knows how to actually use it, when to scoop, and when to angle, AND actually knows how to stack snow?!?! Nicely done!
When you hit any button on your hand held controller will it cut out any power to your radio? Thinking I got a loose wire or ground issue. It cuts power to my radio and digital rear view mirror.
That’s a $5,000-$6,000 blade. I have a Boss 6’ poly plow that cost me $3,400 installed taxes included 5 years ago. The install was $300 of that price. You can contact a Boss dealer near you for price if you want to buy one.
@@sublime19802004 my boss, ATV, straight blade owners manual says, never change blade position when traveling. I’m not positive but I think that means not to change the blade position when traveling. I think traveling means moving. I think that means that the vehicle should be stopped when changing blade positions but I know I often raise and lowered the blade while moving and I haven’t had any issues either. But if Boss recommends not changing the blade position while traveling perhaps there could be damage caused by doing so.

Thanks man for the compliment lol
can you post a video or pics of the wiring, how and where you mounted the solenoid and ground stud for extension wire kit

How do you like this setup? seems to push the snow wall on the sides of the road ok.
Can you leave winch on? Looks like awesome fit! How fast you running down your driveway? Factory wheels? Thanks!
Yes everything remains on the sxs! Wheels and tires are aftermarket and I do about ten miles an hour or so but depends on snow and how packed it is
Did you have to remove the front stock bumper? Couldn’t quite see in the video.
No sir I made a drop bracket and moved it forward as well to clear bumper
@@sublime19802004 thank you!
Where do you live? It’s beautiful.
In the U.P. Michigan
Did you have to put heavier springs on the shocks?
No sir just cranked stock ones up two notches
@@sublime19802004 ok great. Thank you!
@@sublime19802004 One more question. Did you just adjust the front 2 shocks up 2 notches only, or all 4 up 2 notches?
I just do the front
@@sublime19802004 ok Thank you! I appreciate it!
What do you mean "custom bracket"? Didn't the boss dealer just use the recommended bracket for your defender? What year is your Can Am? Thanks
Had to lower it for and move it forward didn’t have a bracket for that year at the time. 2020 limited max
@@sublime19802004 Any issues?

I paid 3,600 for the plow and bracket
Looks to handle it great, what controller are you using ?
Oem that came with it
Dumb question, but how well does this unit back drag?
Does well have no issues with back dragging
I thought it’s recommended not to angle the blade in the down position.
I’ve had no issues doing so! There is bypass in the pump as well
