Oh Samy, I'm sorry you've had such an awful experience. Don't go down without a fight though! If they didn't clearly disclose the additional fee in the total amount before you made payment then they have committed fraud. I'm not sure how the Law works in your country but here in the UK there are regulating bodies which you can raise a complaint against the company to and also call your bank to request the unauthorised payment be refunded. Plus if you paid by credit card you should be protected through them. Good luck, I hope you get your money back 🙏🏼
