Technically speaking, I would argue for something that was a mechanic in 3/3.5 but I don't know if it made it into 5e; the no-score ability. Instead of having a number for the score, it is just a dash, indicating that said creature does not HAVE that ability score.
So in Soulja's case, he would have a dash in the box for his int score. It's not even that it's low, it's that it doesn't exist and a mindflayer would have nothing to get at. Period.
And no-score Intelligence creatures were rather common in that ruleset, as insect-like creatures, such as spiders, scorpions, wasps, etc; alternatively referred to as Vermin, a very fitting label for Soulja...

To be fair to Atari, SouljaBoy did exactly what Atari paid him to do. He might not realize that, but he did. Atari got tons of positive publicity for this - AND probably has grounds to void their contract and get a bunch of that money back for failure to provide the services purchased.
I definitely think the fact that he's not mentioning anything about games being on that overpriced knockoff Gameboy is him trying to avoid getting the attention of lawyers from the game companies whose IPs are being used without their permission. I dunno, if someone offered me the position of CEO of Atari I'd take it then and there. Hell, I'll take it for half the salary and benefits, get a better job than I got now and probably do a better job of it since I actually want a game company to make and sell games.

Can't be a onehit wonder if you have more than hit song, with videos to them that placed on in the top 10's on music shows like "106 and park" when that was a thing still.
