If Max is on top form, as sharp as he can possibly be, he will easily beat Topuria. But if he has a bad day at the office at all, Topuria might crack his chin. He hasn't fought anyone who hits as FAST and HARD as Topuria. When he fights hard hitters, they don't have the speed so he never takes shots clean. Look at the Poirier fight. Dustin is quite a quick striker and he hits quite hard and look what Max's face looked like by the end of the fight.
I feel like Max with his height and reach, learned from Volk the importance of going first, controlling the distance and engages. Speed. It's a trip to see how fighters influence each other specially the greats.

The way Yan was out at the end of the round reminded me of Ortega at the end of the third round when he fought Volk. Both fights should have been stopped at that point since the fighter had to be helped to the stool. Obviously both fights went on to continue to be awesome fights with the correct fighter still winning. Can’t wait to see you fight again champ.
