    My son has been there 4 times. First time was a “we should check it out” trip, next three times were his request. 🤘🤘🤙🤙

    Thanks. She was released but I had a replica done of her. It turned out great. I saw a guy catch a 13 pounder out of same lake very beginning of 23 so I know it has some bigs in it. Thankfully it's a smaller no name lake than almost nobody fishes

    Aloha from Wahiawa Matty! I've been there several years ago when they had a program to watch and a pond where we caught and released rainbow trout! We fished Lake Athens and Lake Fork! Cheeehoo!

    That's awesome! That's a monster huge bass!!! I caught my PB this past August, she was 11.4 it was rediculace. I can't imagine a 15+ fish let alone something close to 20!? Insane

    What they don't tell you is most of these fish are destined for Ivue or Fork for tourists who hire guides. It's big business here in Texas. They are meant to be fished out, think stocked trout or catfish.

      there are other places in the country but Texas is king of the restock program

    How big do the companion bass have to be to keep from getting eaten.

      2.5lbs or bigger… anything smaller gets eaten!!!
