Gyro Stabilization in Blackmagic Cameras

  • In this video I'll show you how I incorporate Gyro Stabilization into my workflow to fake those classic gimbal shots.
    The Gyro Stabilization in Blackmagic cameras is so useful if you edit it DaVinci Resolve. I'm a big fan of handheld shooting with an ezrig but sometimes I want that classic smooth moving gimbal shot. Luckily with gyro stabilization I can cheat that look and have the best of both worlds. Here's how I like to incorporate it into my handheld workflow.

    Hi, what you set in camera lens data if u where using the sigma 18-35mm? Did u use a speedboster to?

      @r.h.6581 I don't use a speedbooster, just the native lens as it has the same mount as the pocket 6k (EF)
      When I apply the gyro stabilization I find that it does a pretty good job so I dont tweak the settings very often.
