I am just home from rehearsals of Sweeney Todd, no Pot Pies for over two weeks lol. knock on wood I have never spent the night in the hospital since my birth 56 years ago tomorrow. Glad your surgery went well Seven
Welcome home! Next phase of healing in progress. Absolutely agree with your thoughts on gratitude and acceptance. So key to being present and consequently happy with life. If you're trying to negotiate what is, it never seems to work. And so I head off to my office to assist myself and others with this very task. Best wishes for continued healing!

that's an interesting idea. do you think others might be interested in something like that?
I know I would. I have thought about doing a You Tube channel, but am a bit overwhelmed with all of the technical stuff. (What is a good video camera, editing software, lighting, drone or not to drone, over voice versus live mic.)
sounds like a good reason to do a short video on the topic and this is also something I can do while recovering from surgery
