You popped up in my suggested videos after I started watching k3n. I guess there is growing interest in slow stitching. After making a bunch of quilts I'm enjoying this very creativem low pressure and much less expensive pastime. Your projects are beautiful. I look forward to watching your piece develop. Thank you for posting. 😊
Aha - another yellow belly! Welcome! I don't think I fully qualify for that title as I've only lived here for 16 years, but my daughter was born here, so I'll claim it anyway. 😂
The color pallete is quite icy...really looks like winter. Love where you are taking this project. I hope i can find some wool scraps so i can join and see how it goes
Hi Rebecca I don't understand anything about Facebook but I will try to get someone to help me learn about it and access it. I am so excited about joining in with you this year. God bless. Love vera
That was so much fun to watch. It really does look like a landscape. I particularly like the little gap between the two pieces of tweed. It makes me want to go see what is in there . Btw, my grandmother would have cut the sheet in 4 pieces, switched them around and seamed them back up. 😊
Thank you very much! My grandma would have done the same. It's a fitted sheet though, so I'll just have to use it for textile art. I'll add anything to my fabric stash if I can get away with it. 😉
Absolutely beautiful, I can’t wait to see your picture evolve, I’m new to your channel and a few weeks behind but I’m hoping to join in the fun. I’m new to slow stitching and just started EPP. I’m up in the Pennines, south of the Lake District. I’m excited to plan my piece. Best wishes, Geraldine
Welcome! I'm so glad you've found us. Thanks so much for your lovely words. I look forward to seeing your landscape when you've made it. Have fun along the way. 🤗
I love this, Rebecca. I will try to make a start at least. I have been watercolour painting with 2 of the grandchildren this afternoon, well guiding them in the principals of watercolour xx
I loved watching - Thank you for sharing
Thank you so much. 🤗
That chiffon ribbon is EVERYTHING!
Thanks so much. It's so much better IRL. The camera doesn't do it justice.
Love the painted fabric and painting some white thread is an inspired idea. Xxx
Thanks so much. I wish I'd used more of the thread really, but I have it ready for future projects. X
Very nice. Love it!
Glad you like it! Thank you. 😊

I'm with you. Facebook is a bit of a mystery to me. If you use the link in the description, it might be more straightforward. Thanks for watching.
