@@mariam.a. I got after I saw a video of yours that listed PML underrated products (LOL) and coincidently shortly after that she brought it back in the "vault" section of her website! I love it and find the formula and the shades very singular in my collection. I'm still mourning not getting the iconic illumination quad tough, I have the other 2 quads in the special formula but this one I missed it LOL I'm curious on how the victoria beckham compares to chanel highlighter in the stick formula ( I have the chanel one and I find it a bit meh for the price)
So glad you have found time to continue this series Mariam. I use neither bronzer nor highlighter really, but I always enjoy hearing you talk about formulae. (I really can't decide whether that should be 'formulas' when talking about cosmetics, but for me the plural of 'formula' is 'formulae') 😅😂. Enjoy your Christmas holiday, - Anne
I still have my Nabla Skin Glazing blush in Independence. I remember buying it just after I bought one of the Cover FX duos and they turned out to be exactly the same shade 😂 It only works for me in the winter for a rosy, cold weather, Snow White flush or in the height of summer when I have a tan. But I just can't bear to part with it
Oh thank you, I enjoyed this video so much! Really pretty collection! I really love my Dior highlighter in the previous packaging. So beautiful...and the liquid Gucci one 🥰 I like my bronzer to be cool toned, more of a contour. Also here my Dior and Gucci ones
Yes love the collection series 😊. I have a few bronzers 4 max but I don’t think I’m a bronzer person I rarely use them. I do love highlighters and have probably 10.
Great video! Some notes: that VR-type of highlighter by Pat is so yellow-orange on me 😢 I particularly loved the section related to bronzers! The VB was peach on me and I had to declutter it. I’m glad the hourglass one is cooler, it’s in my wishlist because of you ❤
It’s such a bummer that your skin tone turns things orange so fast. Does that mean you have a lot of blue in your undertones? Maybe that’s why some blushes look like a bruise on me…I do have some yellow in my skin.
Hmm not sure which quad but beware Reve is baked gelee, and I think some of their other quads that I have seen are baked. Not that they are bad but the formula is different.
I just opened my last new old backup of the Chanel bronzer. When they were being discontinued I had a newish one and bought 2 more then they were gone. It takes me 2 years to get through one. I’m looking for a replacement but the all suffer by comparison
This was fun, and really tells me how different our skin tones are! 😊 I’m very fair with a pink undertone, so while I may enjoy many of the same formulas as you, the colors are almost always too yellow for me. I can do a red undertone, but not as deep as the ones you like, not even in summer. The closest maybe I have is Chantecaille Goa, which has a red undertone and looks deep in the pan, but is a baked gelee formula, so it’s very buildable. I think you’d like it!
I loved seeing your collection. I use highlighter on lots of different places because I don’t use it on my cheeks that often. I love a good powder bronzer. I use it more often than blush, if I’m honest. A bronzer with a pink or red undertone works as a “blonzer” for me. I don’t mind a bit of glow or sparkle in the formulae. I think Lancôme’s bronzer is on my list.
Ohh interesting? Where do you like to highlight?? If I don’t forget I highlight my collarbone and shoulders in the summer but honestly rarely. NL is not a country that allows for it sadly. One always has to assume they will need an extra layer of clothing 😂.
I loved seeing your collection 😍! My favourite highlighters are Tom Ford Grand Paradis and Tom Ford Peachlight palette - I like subtle formulas that melt into the skin :). I am interested in the D&G highlighter since I heard it is with a similar formula like the Reve the Camelia (or I should say it gives the same effect) - I missed the Reve de Camelia. For Bronzers - I love TF Terra and the Sisley Glow bronzer.
My first thought when I saw that "champagne gold" highlighter by Pat was "eyeshadow", and one of those interesting undescribable colours that you like. Have you tried it on the eyes?
@@mariam.a. yes I am always jealous when I see you and other creators who live in other countries using it. I just went on the website and nope, it's not there.... :(
I really loved this walk through your highlighters and bronzers! You have such a lovely curation of products!!🤩 I still regret missing the Reve de Camelia highlighter! But how could someone be a makeup enthusiast and not have at least one “the one who got away” product! Reve de Camelia and Byredo Flora Kalahari palette are mine. I still search Poshmark and Mercari for them. (At a realistic price!)
I found it coincidentally on vinted but honestly, I am sure if you just have patience Chanel will bring something else out that it just as good if not better.
Love visiting the iconic Pat McGrath lovey goodness! Skin fetish highlight trios are the glowy seen from space , that is a magical carpet ride of highlight heaven! Bobby brown had a shimmer holiday trio of her bricks in a elequent housing of a large palette type of gig, All of these timeless oldies but goodies , we have treasured back in the days of luxury nostalgia ,is just chefs kss👄! Nice to visit icons that still bring joy! 🧳🌞🌟
I love my PM trio of baked highlighters.
Right! So good!

Mariam, you have a beautiful collection. Lovely video ❤
Thank you so much 🤗♥️
Congratulations on the 4k achievement 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you so much 😀 🎉!!

Haha formulae just has a ring to it! 😂
Thanks for sharing I love this series..... I agree my favorite highlighter is also the Divine Rose for me too.😊😊😊
I love the texture of Divine Rose so much it’s like silk!!

Ahh Cover FX duos.. decluttered one when I realized it’s the same shade as Desert Orchid from Pat.
I can’t part with the Nabla ones they’re so good!!
Oh thank you, I enjoyed this video so much! Really pretty collection!

Which one from Gucci do you like as cooler one??
@mariam.a. I use the Gucci 01 and Dior 06

I am actually morbidly curious to see if Diffused Bronze Light works for you!
I’ve heard a couple of people say that the new quad of highlighters from Chanel is the same formula as Rêve de Camelia - I’m intrigued 🎉
Hmm not sure which quad but beware Reve is baked gelee, and I think some of their other quads that I have seen are baked. Not that they are bad but the formula is different.
@ I tagged you on instagram with the new highlighter quad. I’ll cross my fingers it’s a baked gelee too🥰
@@minazohradalagerjensen hmm I don't see the tag. Are you sure it was me?

Ohh wow you must be dedicated to this bronzer!! Always a shame when they discontinue a favourite.

Oh definitely it’s all about undertones. Many of my favorites would look basically orange on people with cooler undertones.

You seem to enjoy baked gelee products on your face which is not surprising really, probably the best formula on the market currently.
@mariam.a. Yes, I do :). It is lovely.
My first thought when I saw that "champagne gold" highlighter by Pat was "eyeshadow", and one of those interesting undescribable colours that you like. Have you tried it on the eyes?
No but it always reminded me of an ABH favourite, Pink Champagne eyeshadow.
13:55 Ha ha 💀
😂
Didn’t you have a highlight collection in a shape of the ouija board disc? Whose brand was that? Purple highlighter.. 😃
😂😂 you mean the KVD triangle one? I have it but it’s in my nostalgia drawer. I haven’t used it in years.
Where is part 1 and 2?
Linked in the cards and in my makeup collection series playlist 😉.
I don't think we got the Lancome highlighter here in the US. I have looked and find nothing. Jealous😘
Wait! Really?!?
