Great declutter! I love seeing that the palettes get used. I love a declutter either way, but it's much more satisfying when you can tell the person has used them and really knows what they do and don't like about them. Great video!
Thank you for the ultimate compliment! I definitely want to make sure I get use out of them and it's so interesting to watch your taste changing when doing these declutters.
I found with CP you need to put the lids on tight where you can hardly get them open. I know this will sound crazy but if you put them upside down they’ll last a long time. I still have some from there 2nd yr anniversary. I’ve been lucky only a few have dried up until I was told these 2 hacks. 🤷🏼♀️ I hope it works for you. Also when you get them swatch them to make sure they didn’t dry up on the trip to you.
Wow. What a journey. I can see you really gravitate toward chartreuse, moss, and swamp greens! I've always wanted the Gather Round Sisters palette, and I never wanted any other Hocus Pocus palette. I have only ever seen mold in one of my palettes (at least i think it was mold), and I kept it. 😅 It came to me with mold in one shade; it's a Moira palette I bought from Amazon. LOVE declutters! I hope you reach 1K by tomorrow!!!🤞🤞🤞🤞😊
@katherinecampbell3392 😅 It's cool. I'm the same but with rosey, mauvy tones. I am also a total sucker for packaging!! I need to film so many videos but can't stop watching everyone else's content. 🤣
Why don't you take out that glitter from Baroque and replace it with that one shade you liked from the other palette (I think the peach or strawberry one)?
1:13:09 almost all of my palettes! I just have this weird mindset that if I use it, the embossing will be gone and then if it gets all used up, I may not be able to get it again.
The Gemini 2 is known for molding. The brand says it's not mold though, it's something with the formula. They were really good about sending replacements though if you contact them.
you can pop out the shade s in the colourpop 9 pans,, they are magnetic.. you can pop off the bottom and the shades are sitting on magnets then you can create your own palette with the colors you like in other palettes
The shade 102 with your russian palette was probably sent as a "gift with purchase" as it says it's a tester (to try) shade on its packaging. The palette itself is called "Playful grass snake", which is a pretty cute name. 😊
Natasha Denona. Not everyone loves her palettes but they are for me. I love every look I make and they are good for work too. I can’t wear bright and crazy colors to work so her palettes really make it easy to wear.
No one has proved it is mold in the melt palettes. It could just be wax coming to the surface just like in the one size blush trios. Also, if you contact Melt, they will send you another palette or make it right.
Im actually surprised you kept most of the duo chrome singles (I think from profusion). I haven tried any of the colourpop super shocks. Mainly because of how they dry out so fast. They are probably only good if you plan on using them frequently
I kept most of the la girl ones with hopes I actually use them…we shall see! I agree on the super shocks; I think they are great to have if you use them frequently, but a waste if they just sit around and dry out (ahem, like mine 😅)
I’ve had some super shock shadows for years and they are fine but some have dried out in a shorter time I don’t know I don’t have bad luck with them though.
@@katherinecampbell3392It’s a lot of colorful/glittery type of makeup and indie brands. They’re increasing their price of their box (like 5-7 items you may choose one thing but usually everyone gets a set box) starting February 1 so if you subscribe before then it’s $25/month otherwise you’ll pay $30/month, BUT you can’t cancel or skip if you want to keep the price lock. Sooo the pressure feels on for me to decide 😅 the reason I’m hesitant is every box comes with an eyeshadow palette which I feel like is too much makeup for me especially if you can’t skip 🙈 they also have a bag which is like 3-5 products I think it’s like $17 and isn’t increasing the price but that also has an eyeshadow palette every month so doesn’t solve my problem of too much eyeshadow haha
You probably already threw away that melt palette, but that might be a wax bloom, easy to check with something hot like a hairdryer if you blow hot air on it and it melts away that’s a wax bloom not mold
Hey if you have IG can you let me know where I can find your handle? Would love to follow you over there. I wonder if those little synthetic fibers are maybe you have a brush that is shedding somewhere.
@ i'm wondering actually if I remember the wrong one. It's the petit pro with all of the gray shades in it. And I haven't been able to find it but I'm wondering if I'm not remembering the right number.

Thanks! I’m happily surprised with everything I declutterred.

I feel the same with a lot of my palettes too!
CP Ritz is a very gorgeous one and done shade I wear it to work often
Yes Ritz and space cowboy are dupes
I can’t wait to do the same!
It’s great to know that you can get the same look for a fourth of the price 😅
Ive only tried a few viseart pallettes but I love them. Im pretty basic so they fit me perfectly! 😅
They have such great quality!
Great video💚
Thanks for watching 😘

Someone else said the same. I will reach out to Melt and see if I can get a replacement as well. Thanks for sharing!
They say it’s wax or something. They were going to replace my Gemini II palette but it was sold out so they let me pick another palette.

The sirenuse is sold out?! I’m surprised.
@katherinecampbell3392 based off of Viseart website it was. I really like the color story.
992, we are going to get you there!
Ahhh! So close 🥹
I really wish I could get the petit pro 4 lilas eyeshadow palette but I don't think you can in the United States. All those gray tones I love.
😀

Visearrt is a great brand for aging eyelids😂 I'm 49 and rock color, but one day i night be a viseart girly
You know, I never thought about it being for a mature lid, yet it totally makes sense.
@katherinecampbell3392 yeah I think it is geared towards Mua and mature audience. I know really metallic shadows are very hard on mature eyelids.
add water to the Jelly Much ,, i use them as liners..
Good idea!

If I was a crafty lady, I would remove those one off colors to save but alas, that is not me.
