Love the baby wipe idea for multiple cards.
Thanks so much for watching!
First, it’s awesome that you are making religious card’s, He is the reason for the season! Second, thanks so much for showing your whole process and the amount of time it took you, plus your short cuts. And lastly, your cards are beautiful, love these so much. ❤
Thanks so much for watching!
Wow! You made those really fast! You know,Ardyth, are used to watch your videos if the title interested me but since I’ve seen you on CRAFT ROULETTE, i’ve fallen in love with you and your work, and I watch all your videos now! Keep up the wonderful videos and teaching, etc.!!!
That is a lovely compliment! Thanks so much for watching!
Yay! Some of my past cards were so intricate you only make one for Christmas instead of the 36 intended; you may help me get past that hump! Subscribed & so glad I found you!
Yay! Me too! Thanks so much for watching!
Love the baby wipes idea for background! Will be using it for sure! Love the cards! 💖💖💖🌹🤓
Thanks so much 😊
My favourite Christmas card is religion based. These cards are so beautiful. Thank you for making these "real" Christmas cards. I understand the need for more generalized cards for some folk on my card list; I just love these ones.
Thanks so much!
Using tape to pull the tiny bits out of the die is a great idea. I will have to try that.
So glad you found this helpful! Thanks for watching!
I have never tried the baby wipe technique, but I will DEFINITELY try it in the future.
I normally hate pulling the ba king paper off so I hadn't tried double sided tape on intricate dies. My 2.5 inch wide roll of tape had sat unused for a couple of years. I recently tried it on an intricate layered birch press die. Holy cow! MUCH EASIER!
I loved your tip on deciding which part of a die to use!!!!!!!! Fantastic tip!!!!!!! Using tape to pull out the bits is another great tip.
Thank you for these wonderful videos! I'm not ready to work on a large batch of Christmas cards. I am going to see if I can get 35 Easter cards, and finish a batch of 35 Valentine's day cards by March 6th. We are visiting my parents in FL. The Easter cards will be for this year. The Valentine's for next year. Once I get those, and the 60 Easter cards for my church, and the 95 mother's day cards done I will fully embrace Christmas.
I have die cut scraps into pieces for Christmas. Christmas isn't totally neglected.
You can also ink up a baby wipe like that and use it as a temporary stamp pad, to customize colours! And thanks for the tip about Birch Press dies - I will be sure to use my tape on them as well! Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to comment! I really appreciate it!
Birch Press epiphany has normally taken me 15 minites a card, even if I cut all my panels, die cut them all, weeded them all... basically assembly line. I couldn't really get it under 15 minutes. I didn't time it with the tape, but I will. It felt like closer to 10 to 12 minutes.
I give you credit for being smart with your mass production. I think my Easter cards are going to be cute as all get out, but I also think I will be putting in about 30 hours. I am using the Sizxix bunny scene die and my scan n cut. I cut it out of black, and then did partial die cuts and cut it into pieces so I can scan in different parts for different colors. I started this evening. I have cut around 100 tree trunks, about 100 of the grass pieces, and about 140 bunnies. I will do about 60 more bunnies. I couldn't get the leaves and branches to outline well so I will be partial die cutting that 95 times. I will die cut the flower in black, copy it, and put that on my scan n cut so I can literally cut about 1500 to 2000 of them. They are tiny so its its not that much paper. I will do those in different colors. I am not sure I am going to use the butterfly. What was I thinking? I decided today that I should get the first 35 done in time to give them to my mom when I visit in 2 weeks. If you have a public email, I will email you a picture after I get them put together.
I love these cards Ardyth, great idea for Christmas cards mass producing, I will definitely give it a try I too love using my Christian nativity products thanks and cheers Jackie from Oz 😊💕

Great job beautiful card's a brush tool is good for getting all those little bits out of your dies or one of those sticky fluff rollers for fabric hope this helps
Thanks! I do have a brush tool now and I'm much better at remembering to use it! lol! Thanks for watching!
Great tips!
Thanks for watching!
I always love watching you. I will definitely try using the tape for some of my dies that have so many little bits.
You are sweet! Thanks so much for watching - I'm glad you found it useful!
Man, this makes me miss Christmas all over again! 😀
LOL! I love making Christmas cards all year long! Thanks so much for watching!
Such great ideas! Thank you for sharing, Ardyth! I think additional time can be saved if we use a big sheet of be creative tape for a large Neenah panel and then cut them into smaller panels (instead of cutting them first and then applying tape to each panel). ☺️
Ooh, that's a good idea. I don't always have those big sheets on hand, but for this project, I think it would definitely help! Thanks for that! And for watching!
Beautiful design and fabulous tips all along the way, Ardyth! I'll try to do the purple tape tip to take off the small bits too.
Thanks so much, Ishani - someone else suggested a lint roller - I'll try that next time!
Thanks so much for sharing! I love to get mass production ideas to improve my processes. 😁
Thanks for watching! I'm glad you found it useful!
I love this series. Your cards are beautiful.
Your comment made my day! I'm already planning the next one. I'm thinking red, after using blue for Jan and Feb.... Thanks for watching!
Well done! Thank you. Your cards are beautiful 😊
Thanks for watching!
Great card and ideas, thanks for sharing. 💙
Thanks so much! This project is near and dear to my heart. Thanks for watching!
wow great production..i use a lint roller, you know those papery sticky rollers for cathair and such? it takes out most bits from the dies, but it's sometimes toosticky for the paper i used and might get stuck, so I only use it on dies
OOh! Thanks for that! I'll give it a try!
These cards are lovely! For the inside of the card did you past a white sheet so there was something to write on ... or did you use a light colored pen to write on the inside? Thanks for the tutorial: fabulous cards!
The church prints an insert with the names of the people who contributed to the fundraising project (the money stays with the church) and tapes it inside for mailing. Normally when I make a 'dark' cardbase, I paste a white sheet in for writing on. Thanks for watching!
@@ardyth thank you for the info(and the response); I love making cards with dark card bases and I'm always torn about how to make the inside legible. Thanks again for the fab video
I know you said a lot of the Nativity sets were discontinued, but I wonder if you could tell me the name of that 1st one with the words at 4:40 in the video? I love the cards- so beautiful.
That is Hero Arts Poster Christmas Carols. I had a quick look at Ellen Hutson, Scrapbook dot com and Simon Says Stamp, but couldn't find it. Good luck! Thanks for watching!
@@ardyth how sweet of you to search! Thank you. I really appreciate all your helpful videos. It was neat to see all the steps to mass production.
Check eBay for older, discontinued designs.
Wonderful video with great tips. Thank you Ardyth. May I ask why you placed the stickered white pieces with card stock up? I had the impression the sticker side was always to be on top so as to be certain the sticker sheet cut all the way through.
That is a very interesting question and my answer is that I have no reason. lol! I guess I haven't had a problem with the sticker sheet not cutting, since it's quite thin, but I agree with the thinking that if you have it on top, it will definitely cut all the way through! Thanks so much for watching!
@@ardyth Thank you for the reply. Since it was so long ago, about 23 years ago, I think it was before they'd come out with thinner/better sticker paper.
